Happy Crystals: The same substance of Gas, but Crystallized. Its highly condensed Gas that was chemically altered into Crystal form. Being a solid it has a much longer and stronger effect.
history: Its a special numbing drug that was created when Captain Noel face was tore off by a Gorilla Zoan user.
