Capabilities:
This technique forces a black mask to appear in the face of the user, no other changes occur physically. With the mask on the persons face the user is granted the ability to create fire from from his hands and throw it at people, and even control the black fire he creates. The user can also do basic tricks with the fire created. The user can ONLY not be burned by his own fire. Another effect given to the user is the ability to shape-shift into a horse, old lady, fly, or a falcon (This transformation can only occur 3 times a thread). Lastly, the user of Loki has minor healing abilities. Serious wounds (Such as a broken leg) will take 10 posts to heal, moderate wounds (such as a very bruised arm) would take 5 posts to heal, and minor wounds (such as a paper cut) would take 1 post to heal.

Weakness:
Standard Devil Fruit weakness of water and Sea Stone, as well as a weaker body then most people. His body takes more damage then an average person when in this form.
