Name: Voodoo Staff

Description: A gnarled staff with bits of bone, dried plants, and crafted thingymabobs on the top. 5'4 tall made of a dark, hard wood. It has claw marks from the sacred panda bears on his home island and tufts of panda hair are stuck into cracks in the wood.

Special Abilities: The staff is used to put people into a hypnotized state where they feel no pain, but their senses are dulled. They go into a trance like state and can not think straight or form coherent sentences. They will listen to simple commands if those commands would generally be beneficial to them, like “Stay Still”. This process must be voluntary and takes a few minutes; it is usually used for medical procedures.

History: Presented to Gula by his tribe when he became and official Witch Doctor.

define volentairy, could he trick someone in to being KOed?

well they have to stare at the staff for a few minutes while he chants and waves it... so thats what i mean by voluntary. if they look away it wont work. i gues s he could if he said "stare at my staff and you'll get a prize" luffy might fall for that but not many others would.
