Appearance:
Nemoushi is a tall man, around 7 and a half feet tall to be exact, with a strong, muscular built. He has a slightly tanned skin, and grey short hair, that form a pair of horns that resemble a bull/cow's set of horns. His broad torso is filled with scars, evidence of his many great battles he has been into all those years. He has sleepy looking, black eyes, and usually his expression gives off that he's a carefree man. He has a scar across his right eye, however the eye is perfectly functional. Nemoushi is, as he has re-joined the Marine forces, normally seen with the typical marine jacket drapped around his shoulders like a cape. Aside that, he wears a black shirt below that cape, that has the logo "One-Arm Army", possibly a joke of sorts about the fact that he is missing his left arm. He wears brown trousers and sandals. On his left hip, a sheathed sword is visible, strapped onto his golden-colored belt.

History:
Not much is known of Nemoushi's history, until the point where he joined the Marines that is, about 35 years prior to the current events. He was an important character, attaining the rank of Vice Admiral at the age of 31, and over the course of his carrer, he was offered twice to be promoted to an Admiral, but the man refused to. Nemoushi had trained several soon to become notable figures amongst the Marines, and he was highly regarded as a hero amonst them. He even has played some part into Nishki D. Rock's training, something that he did shortly before he retired from duty about 8 years ago. There were not any serious reasons about that desicion, the man simply had decided that he wanted to retire and enjoy a more peaceful life from that point on. Also, at an unknown point during his services into the marines, Nemoushi ate a Devil Fruit that allowed him to transform into the Mythological Garuda, a golden creature of immense power. Despite that, Nemoushi would rarely use the ability himself. In spite of that, he was given the nickname "Golden Beast."

However, he was needed again. Due to the prevelance of powerful figures, including but not limited to, Roberto D. Wally, Anubis Nefertari, and more, he was called by the Fleet Admiral, who asked the man to return back to duty, due to the fact that, with all the madness going on in the world, the marine forces were severely weakened, and they needed back any powerful and skilled man they could persuade to come back. Nemoushi didn't want to come back, since he had already retired, and thought that he didn't had much to offer anymore. Despite that, he decided to go along with Nishki's group for a while, and aid him in their missions.

Eventually, the Atlantis War events occured, where Nemoushi's role was important, as he took down several enemy pirates and revolutionaries, alongside their leader, who they had an equal fight with. Upon Wally's betrayal, the man attempted to stop him but was stopped by Wally's allies. He then attemped to sacrifice himself to save Nishki from Black Death, Wally's ship, attack. Due to his intervention, Nishki survived, but he sustained great injuries, and lost his left arm. After those events, he, alongiside Tamuri Todd, another man that temporarily was alongiside Nishki's group during their way to Atlantis, decided to go to a remote island and train, spending several months there.

Having returned, Nemoushi decided to completely return to the Marines, as a Vice Admiral. Ever since that, he and Todd seem to have formed some kind of friendship of sorts, as despite Todd's obvious irritation about Nemoushi's actions and character, the two still stick together, and train together as well. So, due to the outbreak of so many threads, Nemoushi came back into the Marines, in order to try and balance things out, the way things were before he left 8 years ago.

Personality:
Nemoushi is a very laid-back and carefree man. He is also a slacker, and would not hesitate to place others to do his work. He seems to enjoy parties and drinking sake, and is willing to go as far as to skip an important meeting for the sake of just taking a nap. While his overal character and lazyness would indicate that he's not a man capable of being so high in the rankings, Nemoushi is an extremely efficient and serious man, if the need arises. While he does have to work, if he decides to, he can get the job done with extreme ease. He's also a brilliant tactician and thinker, and, coupled with his great offensive powers, he was a valuable man back in his prime, and still is, since he was asked to return.

Overally, Nemoushi is a very kind man, and is putting his friends, family, and even strangers safety above his, and he will not hesitate to put his life on the line to protect someone. He is not an admirer of the absolute justice, and believes that every man can have his own view of what is right and what is wrong. He doesn't like or trust pirates, however, he's not the type of person that will just chase after every single pirate he comes across. Due to his kind nature, he would focus on dangerous, evil threads, over mere adventurers.

Nemoushi also happens to be very good with people, as he's one of the very few people that Tamuri Todd can tolerate and work together with. As Todd is a very distant man, the fact that Nemoushi has Todd's respect, means that Nemoushi's really good at seeing throught people. He does however, have the bad habit of occasionally trolling others, which often, comically, ends up with him largely ignored by the person he trolled.

Effect: This Devil Fruit allows the user to transform into the mythological Garuda. In the animal form, the user is capable of flight, has increased physical strength, speed and wit, and is also bestowed with the abilities to possess golden wings and hardened skin, as well as change the size of the transformation, from the size of a normal person to roughly a giant's size. For some reason, while in this form, Nemoushi has both hands, which indicates that the fruit's bestowing a pair of both arms and wings, bypassing any limitations that could exist, such as amputation.

Special Abilities:
Nemoushi is an incredibly powerful man. Being a marine from the age of 22, and staying within them for roughly 27 years, Nemoushi has gained great powers, such as superhuman strength, speed and durability. He is physically strong enough to break thought walls of iron with his bare fists, and was fully capable of fighting with the creatures that live on Rusukaina island with ease, despite only having one arm at that time. The many scars all over his body indicate his high amount of battle experience as well. He is also a great tactician and capable leader, should the need arise. Even with one arm, his powers haven't decreased in the slightest.

Like many other High Ranked Marines, Nemoushi can utilize Rokushiki. Nemoushi has great mastery over that battle style, capable of using all of the 6 basic moves used by them, meaning that he has superhuman speed due to soru, can walk in the air, and all the rest of the skills offered by Rokushiki.

Nemoushi is seen carrying a sword, and while he's not seen using it, he is probably proficient in it's use.

Being a Vice-Admiral, he can utilize Haki, too. It is implied that he has mastery over it, too.

Nemoushi doesn't have named attacks; he does tent to name them on the spot, and change the names all the time.
