Taitorōpu Taitorōpu no mi

Name in Japanese (translation):Taitorōpu Taitorōpu no mi
Capabilities: By touching a target with all 5 fingers the user can generate thin  ropes from his fingers, by the flick of a hand, the user can wrap the rope further around the opponent and if pulling his hand fast enough can cut the opponent with the thin ropes. The user can use an individual finger to control an npc target (will be marked by brackets which finger controls which target).  (Pc Targets can be wrapped in rope and cut but not controlled) These thin ropes can also be used as a whip and leaves whelps on normal bare skin.
