Appearance: Kip is 5'4 leaving him pretty short. He is nor skiiny nor fat and pretty medium. He is muscular but his muscles are not ripprd yet noticable. He has short, pink spiked hair and purple eyes ountlned in blue, which are unique and different sice most people's eyes aren't purple. His skin is tanned and clear, al.though he has some freckles going horizontally from his upper cheek to his nose to the other cheeks upper part. He wears a white tee shit with a logo of a grey shark and red letters going diagonaly across saying shark, resembeling his love for animals. He wears one fingeless glove that is pink on his left hand. He wears gray cargo shorts that go a little over his knees. His socks go halfway up his calfs and are white with a red and pink logo of a lightning bolt on the outside of both socks. His shoes are gray vans with grey laces. In his desert appearence he wears all same things but adds a black hooded cloak to protect him from the suns harsh rays. In snowy weather Kip often likes to wear a white pull over hoodie, grey sweats that are very soft, and he also wears white vans for his shoes. He has good posture while standing and walking making him look strong and tough. When he sits he dosen't have as good posture and slumps down a little.

History: Kip was born into a rich family, who were very oblivious towards him. Not to his care but to his feelings and social state. He lived on his own island with his parents, with no other people other than a few doctors. There were no other kids on the island leaving Kip pretty lonely. Hs parents didn't notice his lonliness an didn't really ever listen to him. Eventually he grew quiet due to his lonliness and from not interacting or communicating qith other people. He actually started making friends with animals around the island and playing, and talking to them, formiing a few bonds upon the animals. His best "friends" were a racoon and a snake. He named the racoon, Bandit and the snake, slick. He started training with the animals and fighting. Kip was suprised of the strength the 2 animals had and was overwhelmed by their power. Soon the trio became equal in power and became stronger and stronger. One day at home he was in the kitchen and saw a mysterious fruit. His parents have brought this for Kip's father to use after his loast swim. Kip ate the fruit and gained the power of lightning. When he went back to training his friends were no match for him, and lost each time as Kip was learning new moves with his lightning. When his parents found out they were furious because it costed them so much. Kip didn't care and said goodbye to his friends to become a pirate because they didn't want to leave. He told them to keep training and promised one day he would come back to test their strength. He stole one of the doctor's ships from the island to embark on his new journey as a pirate and to make his dreams come true. As he left the island he lived on his hole life he looked back upon it and shead a tear when he thought of his lonely past. Then he turned back around and looked at the sky and noticed a beautiful rainblow that was glistening. This rainbow the opposite directoin from his home made him think and feel that he was doing the right thing and truely beleived that his life was going to get better. He jumped up to the mast of the ship and stared at the rainbow imagining how much new friends he was going to make on his journey. "I'll be a great pirate and make alot of new friends!"

Personality: He is quiet, which could sometimes pss people off. He is very kind, friendly, and nice. He loves fighting hard and training, talking and flirting with girls, making friends since he didn't have much as a child, and traveling. He likes to party but is still quiet. He hates the world goverment for giving his parents so much money which isolated him, mean parents because of his past, and hot weather. He likes making friends with people around his age, and making and strenthining bonds, so he feels like they've been friends for a while. He can make friends with anyone and is very kind to all his friends and will protect them at all costs. He is very confident in his own strength and likes to depend on it when he is in a group, and do things himself. He likes to train in his spare time and likes learning new things and is pretty curious of the world since he is still kind of young. Kip likes being in drama and being part of things because it brings him attentoin, something he didn't ge much when he was younger. He loves attentoin and having the spotlight because all eyes are on him, giving him the feeling of how a child is supposed to feel when he is cared about or loved by his parents. He loves laughing and having fun, making him a fun person to be around.

2. lightning leg- forms lightning around foot, causing his kick to be stronger and shock the opponent (70 watts)
3. lightning blast- blasts lightning out his hands, shocking the opponent drastically (100 watts)
4. lightning breath- blasts lightning out his mouth, shocking the opponent, might parylyze for a moment (140 watts)
5. lightning jet- forms lightning in a comet shape around body, and flies at the opponent causing a lightning headbutt at soru speeds (150 watts)
6. lightning sheild- puts up a circular sheild in front of himself, big enough to block his whole body
7. lightning flying arrows- arrows fly from the ground and chase any target he chooses, shocking them and cutting them (80 watts)
8. shocking uppercut- He gets right in front of the opponent and uses lightning jet and lightning fist upwards at the same time, causing a upper cut that his super hard because of the speed and shocking the opponent, parilyzing it, and sending shock waves to the heart, making the heart beat super fast (200 watts)
9. Lightning Tornado- He uses lightning jet and spins, forming a tornado in which he leaves the center and sends it at the opponent, while it shoots lightning in random direections (175 watts)

"...flies at the opponent causing a lightning headbutt at 100 mph" I mean, you explicitly say "fly" which I had never seen as a capability of the goro goro no mi and then you fly at 100mph?!??! Thats quite a lot...

Well lightning is actually faster than 100 miles per hour so im actually being reasonable. And the lightning jet resembles the move aqua jet from pokemon. Lol.

Well, 100mph is extremely fast, and also what I am talking about is that a goro goro no mi user doesnt have the capability to Fly. Its not like aqua jet, where actually can use water as a medium since its a liquid. Electricity is pure energy.

Yes it is pure energy, altough he encases himself inside this energy like aqua jet and since he can control this energy at will he uses it to move him around at high speeds.

heres the thing, lightning is fast but it cant move just anywhere at that speed, it goes strait down for a reason, its drawn to the nearest solid body (the ground/tall trees or towers) unless it has a conductor, like a wire

you can change the 100 mph to soru speeds (like the technique Enal used)
or alternatively keep it at 100 mph and have it require he surfs on a wire or something
