Serious: A fight to be seen (open to crow)

On a little island in the west blue it was raining like crazy, all the villagers were inside with their families avoiding the rain. This island was called storms island due to the strange, powerful weather they had.

Jordan was floating across the ocean, waiting to get to an island. He had been at sea for many days and was running low on food, and to add to that it was raining and all he had was a small boat, meaning no shelter. "Ugggh! This rain is getting annoying i can't even light a cigarrette." Jordan talked to himself or rather complained to himself about the rain. It was cold outside and Jordan had the hood to his vest pulled over his head, poorly protecting his head from the rain as it came down. "Huh, is that....Yes, an island. Ooohoohoo, I can't wait to get there!" Jordan flowed with happiness when he saw the island and started rowing the boat with the paddles, faster, faster and faster. As soon as he got to the island he smiled with releif. "Finaly, I hope there are a lot of cute girls here!" he said as he scurried into town.

Nite walked around the town inspecting the crime rate. The history behind the island was a blur before Nite came around, many pirates were often seen around the town back in the darker days. Nite came in one day, along with some small amount of marine troops, and kicked them al out of the island.. even got the captains executed to set an example for the crew members. The cells on the island was overbooked with criminals since the day Nite arrived on the island, and the people had become much happier thanks to his hard work. This was Nite's last week before he was put back into the harsh ocean known as the grand line, probably under another marine if not his own squad, or pushed back into another island for him to turn into a strong marine-fulled island.

This day he wore his usual white jacket open, and had an umbrella covering him from the rain that was hovering over the island and its surrounding ocean. Nite could see the happiness of the people even through this thick rain, and he enjoyed it. Although nobody could see Nite's smiles, and rarely anyone has, Nite is happy with order and peaceful existence residing in this small island. He decided to wear his open white jacket this day, and wore his blue marine pants (usually seen around this world). His face looked a bit dull, almost blank. His hair was white and down to the bottom of his neck. Finally, he wore black boots.. he always did.

He finished checking the list of bars in the area for pirate trouble, non where in the area. This was the second week that no pirates had been found on the island, just to make sure that this continued Nite decided to double check each bar in the island and make sure that no pirates had found themselves in this utopia Nite had created. He took out a small notebook, and started scribbling small details of things he had seen in bars.. although the words were appearing by themselves on the small book.

Jordan was walking on the wet and muddy road, looking for a place to stay untill the rain let up. He was tired of traveling and wanted to rest a while and party. It seemed as if it was an abadoned town since the majority of the population of the island was inside. While Jordan was walking he looked down and noticed the fact that his shoe was untied. He knelt down to one knee and tied it. All of a sudden he saw a bar that was opened and seemed and sounded like there were a lot of people inside having fun. "Hmm... Seems exciting." Jordan dragged over to the door of the bar and pulled it open, and walked in. None of the people seemed to notice him because all the fun they were having and it was pretty loud in there and didn't here the door open. Jordan walked to the counter and sat at one of the six bar stools lined up. He sat at the seat all the way to the right and called to the waitress. "Heya babe! How about a mug of beer? Oh and some rice." Jordan looked at the waitress and smiled looking at her beauty, her blue eyes and black hair, and her big boobs. "Sure." She smiled back and gave him the order. Then the brute next to him ordered two mugs of beer and looked at Jordan, "Hmph.... You ain't gunna beat me boy." Jordan looked at the man and was enraged and mentally accepted the challenge. "4 mugs please!" he yelled chugging the first mug. The two men kept getting more and more beer untill the brute gave up, well actually being forced to when he passed out. "WooHoo, i'm the champ!" Jordan yelled and the crowd cheered. Apparently the waitress was now off her shift and her and Jordan went to the booth and she sat next to him and she showed him, her boobs as a prize for winning. "I love this island!" he said before kissing the girl and holding her butt as she sat on his lap and faced him kissing him all over.

Suddenly the doors to the bar opened, and just like that the music stopped and the men immediately stiffened themselves up. This was a natural reaction that Nite was used to. He walked over to the front bar then put his hand out expecting the latest wanted posters to be handed to him. The man gave him a few that had just arrived, Nite took it as his responsibility to read each wanted poster and later on create copies of them from his paper powers. He looked around to double check the area for anything different that wasn't supposed to be there.. and he saw a very weird scene. A women had shown her.. breasts.. to a man, then kissed him. When looking closer Nite could see the man was a bit younger then he was supposed to be, and Nite did not remember his face from the months he had been on this island. At least, not in any of the bars he had visited countless times. Nite walked up to the boy, putting his hand on the woman's shoulder that was on top of him. She turned around and saw Nite behind her, this made the woman gulp at the sight of the head authority figure on the island. She stood up, allowing Nite to look at the man she was.. kissing.

"You.. who are you, and why are you in the island.. and above all else, Are you a pirate?"

The people in the bar were already getting ready to leave. Two men had already escaped the bar, but only because they were afraid of what Nite might end up doing in the bar. All of Nite's fights had ended up with casualties.. all either the enemy, or the property around him. Nite didn't like fighting, but if he had too he would do it without hesitation after confirmation of the enemy.

When Jordan was kissing the girl he was happy and thought this was going to be a great island to take a break on untill........... The woman got up buttoning her shirt back up and scurried away after Jordan felt a hand on his shoulder. "Awww......Who the hell do you think you are. I was goin to get in her pants!" Then he turned around to see a marine looking down on him, then Jordan stood up and knocked the man's hand off his shoulder. "OK. So your a marine. 1. I am Jordan D. Cold. 2. I'm here cuz I feel like it. 3. I'm a parite who likes girls so get out of my usness MARINE!" Jordan dnarled at the marine giving him a dirty look.

Nite almost popped a vein when he heard the man talk to him. But he calmed himself, then asked the man his usual question... or rather, he gave the man Nite's choices in the situation. "Alright.. Pirate, you have two choices. You can either turn around and leave this island, or I turn you in, maybe killing you in the process, to the marines in this island." Nite crossed his arms. The people in the bar were already leaving the scene. Nite looked a bit angry, and none of the people in the bar liked it. The woman that was around the pirate had already left from the fear of what might happen. The bar owner went upstairs, since he knew nobody would be dumb enough to stay in the bar while Nite was with a pirate. Within a few seconds, the bar was empty, and Nite had his arms crossed waiting for an answer.

Jordan was infuriated by the marine acting like he could defeat him easily andlooked at the marine like the marine was kidding. "huh. You think you could kill me dont make me laugh. You are nothing but a cocky marine grunt! Obviously you dont know me since i am a rookie pirate. But you have underested my powers. You wont be taking me any where!" . Jordan looked at the marine ready for a fight.

Nite sighed, putting away his white umbrella. He looked around to make sure there was nobody on their sights. Nite looked at the pirate in front of him, then took out his hand to point at him. "Very well then, you've forced my hand..." Almost instantly paper appeared around Nite, and around the pirate in front of Nite. The paper surrounded them both, but Nite made sure to have specific paper around him as well. Nite snapped his fingers, and in that moment all of the papers made a huge explosion. The bright light and sudden shockwave would be enough to break a normal man into pieces found thousands of feet away, the entire back wall of the bar was gone in the process of the explosion. Nite, in the other hand, created a sword after the explosion and prepared himself for a counterattack. He placed himself in a stance to defend himself. He was a paper logia user, and therefore was immune to the explosions he created.

"If you're really as strong as you say you are.. then you should've survived that."

At the very moment and last moment he saw the paper he coveed himself under a huge heap of snow to protect himself from the explosoin. His snow was powerful and strong, him being a snow logia user. All the snow was destroyed in the explosoin, yet it seemed to have done its job protecting Jordan from the paper explosoin. Jordan thought to himself how strong this guy was. Snow formed around Jordans fists and he jumped at the paper logia use aiming for a direct punch to the face

Nite saw the defenses the kid had used... but didn't believe it at first. The pirate covered his fists with snow, which confirmed Nite's suspicions, this man was a devil fruit user. He jumped into the air, which was a predictable move, then tried to attack Nite head on... which made his job much easier. Having prepared himself for a counter, the reaction was swift and with near perfect fluidness. Nite swung his blade upwards, and instantly a wind slash came right towards the pirate. The windslash had more then enough strength to push the pirate back, so it was enough to both defend Nite, and attack the pirate at the same time. The slash was made when the pirate was close to Nite, and in the air, so it would be near impossible for the pirate to dodge the slash without the ability to fly or manipulate his movements.

After the attack Nite decided to put his secondary project into action, he secretly planted some tiny ants on the ground underneath him after the windslash. He dropped the ants into the ground and controlled them to secretly march towards the opponent. The ants were dipped in poison, so they should be able to severely weaken the enemy if they attack. Nite tried to hide this, if the opponent had great vision or a super sense in observation, then he would be able to easily see the ants on the ground.. if not, then like most people he wouldn't really see ants on the ground in the middle of a fight.

The punch turned inro a defence when Jordan saw the wind bade and he put his fist in front of the air slash and was sent flying to the ground. On the ground where his face was he couldsee little army of ants coming towards him and they didnt look...right. Jordan dropped a heap of snow on them freezing them and trapping them. "nice ant trick." . Jordan spit up 3 snowballs at the marine. Jordan was actually a little scared of this marine whos strengths were high.

Nite saw three snowballs head towards him after the man took down his ants with a field of snow. Nite started to look outside and saw that the rain was still dripping from the sky. He summoned a wall of paper and hardened them to the point of steel, this blocked the three snow balls heading towards him. When the attack stopped Nite split the wall apart into sheets of paper, which turned into birds and flew at the enemy. The birds moved at near impossible speeds towards the opponent, each was as fast as a bullet. Each bird was sharp enough to slice through steel easily. The birds all went towards the enemy and attempted to slice his arms, legs, and even try to penetrate his chest area. If he tried to destroy the birds made of paper, like using scissors, the birds would form back into place and continue attacking. Slicing them, pummeling them, and even shredding the birds would not stop them from heading in the direction they insist on heading.

Nite, while this was happening, started to make notes on the way the opponent was fighting. He seemed to be the blunt type, the type that would fight without thinking since he'd never had to think up to this point. Being a devil fruit user gave him the perfect excuse to ignore tactics in battle.. or so it seemed up to now. Nite was starting to analyze his opponent.

Jordan saw three birds fly at him like bullets he dodged them by jumping, ducking, and cartwheelung tothe left but they kept coming he repeated this pattern a couple of times and then formed a snow dome harder than steel proyecting him a few moments to think. The birds ramed into the dome a few times. Jordan then thought of something he formed a snow person and let it sneak behind nite (it was able to sneak pass since nite was occupied with notes and the birds and jordan)

as he put down the dome and was being attacked by the birds. Then the snow personthrew a kick at the back of nites head.

Nite was taking notes with his DF powers, when he noticed the white object trying to sneak behind him (since he wasn't technically using his full concentration on his notebook) he took out his sword then made a quick swing, immediately slicing the object in half. Nite then saw his birds start bouncing off the dome. It didn't take long before Nite created more tsubame birds, eventually creating 15 of them, and forced them to dig underground. The sharpness of the birds was more then enough to break through the ground, and almost instantly they all appeared inside the dome of the pirate. Nite walked away from the dome and snapped his fingers, with the dome compressing the explosion even further the damage would multiply by an even greater amount. Nite snapped his fingers and made all of the tsubame birds inside the the dome explode simultaneously, with the man still inside (since this was all done extremely quickly). Nite smiled, "He trapped himself in his own home.. but is it over?"

Nite turned around with the sword picked out, he forgot to never let his guard down with a pirate. He readied his sword, and prepared himself for the worst. He noticed that the rain was still pouring outside, the ceiling was still intact.. the explosion in the confined place was a good idea, since it didn't crash the bar to the ground. Although.. there was a wall missing.

The explosion blasted Jordan but he wasnt dead only really hurt. He layed on the floor thinking this was it but had one more idea. What happens to wet paper? Jordan used his snow cannonball to make a hole in the ceiling. "this is where the battle turns!" he said as rain came down in the building. "snow blast!" Jordan shot a beam of snow at nite out if his hands.

Nite witnessed the attack he made connect with the pirate. Suddenly an idea had struck the pirate... he remembered that paper got soggy, and so made his snow ball break a hole through the ceiling. Nite simply created an umbrella from his paper, about 5 feet longer then his usual umbrella, and continued to create paper on top of the paper as it got soggy and fell off the sides. Nite was not hit by the rain yet.. and neither was his paper techniques. Nite had already positioned his sword for a counterattack, and so he swung his sword, once again, with elegance as a windslash sliced through the snow, and headed in the direction of the pirate. Nite walked with the umbrella over him. His expression showed he was serious, but he was actually impressed that he would figure out Nite's weakness.. it was a very close one. Nite walked over to the injured pirate, prepairing himself in case he had another thought to attack Nite. He had half a mind to ask the pirate to surrender.. but he thought the pirate would only speak about a pirate's honor and make Nite lose 15 minutes of his life after another 'emotional speech.' He learned his lesson after the 4rth time.

Nite could only wait for the pirate to surrender, only then would he turn him in to the marines... unless he died first.

Jordan saw the airslash flying towards him and jumped to the side dodging it with ease but his boddy was in pain and he dropped to a knee. "Uggh! You damn marine. I....I..... I WON'T GIVE UP TO YOU!!!!" Jordan yelled at nite. "Snow Blast!" once again snow started coming out of his hands but this time it was not an attack, he started moving his hands in a frenzy taking down the building. "Now that's how i want it." he said as the rain poured down. "Snow Cannonball!" Jordan shot the snow cannonball right in front of nite's feet so he would think that Jordan actually had no aim however when this huge snowball made contact with anything it exploded with hard heavy snow.

It didn't take Nite long to figure out what the pirate was trying to do, since he already figured out the pirate knew of his weakness to water. Nite maintained his umbrella over his head. This technique stopped the water from ever touching Nite, or his techniques made of paper.. as long as they were under the protection of the umbrella. Once the ceiling was blown away by the pirate, Nite ran outside so the ceiling would not break his umbrella while crashing down with water. Nite ran outside, with the ceiling crashing down, and turned around. Now that there was no danger, he saw the pirate create a snowball aimed at.. his feet? Nite created plenty of room with his umbrella, and made it levitate in the air above him... a few feet in the air. From there he carefully activated a snake, under his pants, to dig underground.. he made sure the snake slithered down in an angle that the pirate would not be able to see (most likely behind his leg, if the opponent was in front of him). Nite swung his paper blade and unleashed a wind slash that cut through the rain in one area, from there it headed straight in the direction of his snow bomb, which detonated when the slash hit it. The sudden explosion sent Nite's umbrella in the air, the umbrella left Nite and dispersed with the water.. turning into mush. Nite tried to create a lot of paper, but it all turned into a liquid mush. He tried to create paper around him to protect him, but it all turned into mush as well... he figured, there really wasn't much he could do at this point. He was in a situation where his strongest techniques could no longer be used.

Nite sighed, putting up his hoodie to cover his face from the rain. The opponent didn't notice the snake, most likely, so now all Nite had to do was find some dry ground to have him come out.. but he couldn't endanger any of the civilians in the area.. it seemed like he had a trump card he couldn't use. No matter, he'd have to wait for a right chance to use it.

Jordan ran out after nite after the bomb exploded. "Yess! Looks like your a bit soggy." Jordan ran at the opponent at top speed and stopped right in front of him he squated down and attempted to swift kick while formig snow around his feet and attempted swift kicking the opponent off his feet. Jordan thought of how tough this marine was and wondered if he could actually win.

Nite prepared himself for the opponent. He ran towards Nite and attempted to swiftly kick him, this was exactly what Nite wanted. Suddenly all of the mush around Nite came to life and formed into tentacles. The tentacles absorbed the kick of the snow pirate, and attempted to latch on to his legs. Once the kick was blocked, and absorbed into the mushy paper, more tentacles attempted to capture the pirate by absorbing the pirate's arms and legs into the mushy paper. Nite took out his hand, and created an orb made of mush. While being in front of the pirate, Nite created four more and made them hover around him.. each were 2 feet in radius. Nite looked at the pirate.

"You.. fell for my trap.. by running at me you ran into the field of mush I created, you put yourself wide open for a capture technique that came from the sides.. You got confident."

Nite created more mush tentacles and made them head towards the pirate, their intentions were to overcome the pirate with paper and eventually leave nothing uncovered by mush but the pirate's head, to breath. The technique was almost looking like a boulder by this point, and if the pirate was caught in all of this, or not strong enough to break free, his head would be sticking out of the boulder.

"Damn It!!!" Jordan screamead as the paper engulfed hiim. Jordan was calm and collected now thinking of a way to break free. His body was to damaged to break his way free, but his snow! Now that jordan had a plan, it was time to follow through. He used 3 snow balls out of his mouth and shot them at nite, one at his head ut these were diversions, one at his mid sectoin, and another at his leg. Then Jordan kept forming more and more snow around him like a ball knocking all the paper off, and at that moment he was now a snow boulder (soft around him on the inside and a little gap to breath and on the outdside was the super hard snow) and rolled at his opponet st high speed. If the diversion had went correctly and nite was distracted with dodging then Jordan could turn the tides of this battle.

Nite jumped back, feeling one of the snow balls hit his leg his swift action to the pirate's attack. After the attack finished Nite saw that the pirate was trying to cover Nite's mush with snow. Nite smiled at the thought, the Pirate had given Nite the answer he needed. Once the pirate started to roll forward Nite forced the mush to overtake the head of the pirate to try and cut off his air supply.. and blind him. Nite then created a second umbrella in an instant, and created a sword on his hand. Nite swung his paper blade, with the umbrella on top of him, and created yet another wind slash. If the enemy was blinded, then he could be hit, directly, by this powerful technique. The slash seemed strong enough to break through the thick snow. With the umbrella over him, Nite at least had a few extra techniques he could use.. if only it wasn't raining, this fight would be much easier for Nite.

Jordan was covered into paper blinding him and cutting off air and it seemed that his plan had failed. then an air slash hit the ball cutting it but not strong enough to reach Jordan. Jordan made his snow into a hand and peeled the wet paper off then he started bouncing higher and higher and the towards nite. then the boulder of snow evaporated of the speed of how fast it was moving, when all the boulder evaporated Jordan was seen coming in for a punch to the face with snow around his fist, and at this moment he was right in front of nite and it would be hard to evade.

Nite smiled witnessed the speed of the boulder heading his way. He prepared himself to attack, because it was near impossible for him to evade by this point with his legs being hurt. He had no choice but to defend the old fashioned way. He put his good leg forward to focus his weight on it, and watched as the fast enemy reached Nite within a few seconds. Nite saw him coming, then swung his blade to clash with the powerful technique. The blade struck the fist, cutting through the thick snow slowly, and (if it continued) would also leave a very nasty cut on the pirate's arm. Suddenly Nite clicked his tongue, and the paper exploded right on the pirate's exposed arm.

The shockwave of the explosion should be enough to send the pirate backwards, or at the very least cause some great damage. Nite created a second sword almost instantly and, with such a close range from the pirate, swung his sword at him to leave a big gash across his chest stretching from his left shoulder, to his lower right abdomen. While Nite did this the umbrella stayed on top of him and the pirate, to make sure no water touched the blade while they were underneath the umbrella. Right after the technique Nite used the 5 two foot radius orbs he created and made them try to antangle the enemy. Nite had prepared the orbs a few seconds ago, when the enemy was still in a snowy ball form. These orbs were made to absorb body parts that touch them, it helps subdue pirates for an easier kill.. or to capture them.

"..If you keep fighting, I'm going to have to kill you.."

The sword reached his hand even as he attempted pulling away, then he was exploded backwards, but the last attack of nite's missed from the speed of which Jordan was sent flying into a nearby house. He was hurt really bad and struggled to stand. Then he noticed something in the house....A BABY! Jordan would never kill a baby, but his opponent didn't know that. He grabbed the babye and left the parents parylized after he hit them a few times. When he got in speaking distance of nite he showed him the crying baby. "Hun, i'm a pirate i'll do whatever it takes to win. So marine what do you wanna do?" Jordan acted like he was about to punch the baby.
