history: Roy was always not able to use swords or any other weapon untill he discovered his father's rifle in a hollow tree when he was playing in his backyard. He did not want to let his father know abou him practicing with the rifle so he kept it a secret. When his father found out Roy tried to convince his father how good he was at using it, so he showed his father him shooting down a flock of birds without missing once. His father was amazed with his accuracy and allowed him to keep trainig with it.

Abilities: like the impact dial when the bullet contacts the opponent they fly back from the super impact

Abilities: finds targets and could zoom in
History: Roy's father gave him these as a present

ice needs some limitation- how about it freezes the contact area instead (if it hits the arm, that's frozen, not the whole body.
