His power is rumored to rival that of an admiral but he has not been promoted as his ruthless methods and his beliefs make him one of the most dangerous marines, even for his subordinates and his friends. Personality: Cruel and ruthless, believer of Absolute Justice who is willing to do anything to cleanse the world from traces of pirates. History: Dramen Momemini's daughter, Clelia. She is in the marines for many years. Due to her father's power in the marines, she was easily receiving promotions and became a Vice Admiral at a very young age. She is a powerful Vice Admiral but not at the level of her father or of other Vice Admirals. She is the Vice Commander of Dramen's fleet in the marines. Personality: Clelia is as ruthless as her father with pirates, but she is emotional with her crewmates. She cares about them and she despises her father's methods when he harms comrades. She will tell him when she doesn't agree with his methods and when he harms comrades and that's the reason that she is loved by her subordinates. Ship: Marine Ships Ship Flag: Marine Flag Devil Fruit: Auta Auta no Mi (Outer Outer Fruit) Type: Logia Effect: It grants the user the ability to create and manipulate outer space. The outer space that the user creates is a black gas-like thing with some shiny spots on it that ressemble various stars. Although the outer space does not damage anyone with contact, the stars can be summoned out of it and be launched to the others like meteorites to cause extreme damage. The size of the extracted meteorites can vary from little projectile-like meteorites to big, boulder-like meteorites. Also, the user is undamaged by any kind of damage that comes from the comets. The outer space that is created from the fruit HAS oxygen for obvious reasons... History: Coral is the assistant of Vice Admiral Zodiac. He has been under the wing of Zodiac for quite a while and he's his student. However, unlike the Vice Admiral who can turn into a crow, Coral is actually the owner of several crows and he is fighting with their help. He is always followed by a horde of crows and whenever crows appear out of nowhere, it is implied that Coral is nearby. Also, Coral is a powerful swordsman.
Personality: He is very dark with a bad sense of black humor. He is very negative and whatever he says is often related to death. However, he is also very loyal to the marines and especially to his boss, Vice Admiral Zodiac. To show that he's matching Zodiac's crow theme, he is usually dressed like a scarecrow and that is the reason he's called "Scarecrow".

The crows can perform several different techniques, such as rush towards the enemies with great speed and pierce through their whole body, while they can also perform biting attacks to slow down the enemies and stall them. Also, they serve as shields for Coral.

He's a good friend of Dramen because of their similar personalities, though, from times to times he is scolded by Dramen for his violent methods. Personality: A very proud man who is a believer of absolute justice and he is willing to do anything in order to have a successful result in his plans. As a result, he goes along well with Dramen. However, unlike Dramen who is feared for his typical ruthlessness over his subordinates, Govern is mostly feared because of his freaking ways of killing his enemies and the way he tortures them. Also, he is not very patient and he easily goes berserk. Ship: Marine Ships Ship Flag: Marine Flag Devil Fruit: Uppu Uppu no Mi (Anger Anger Fruit) Type: Paramecia Effect: Turns the user into a hulk-man. When enraged, the user bulks up and turns into a hulking version of themselves. The more enraged they get, the more powerful they become. Name: Vegas "The sage" Age: 27 Bounty: N/A Species: Human Occupation: Vice Admiral Allegiance: Marine Home Village/Ocean: New World Appearance:  History: Vegas is an eccentric marine, who, despite his strange personality, has managed to rise up in the ranks of the marines in only 3 years. He has shown himself to be a powerful swordsman and he is using very powerful techniques. He is loved by his subordinates and he's hated to Dramen and Govern because of the fact that he's opposing them at every chance due to his beliefs over justice. That's the reason that whenever the marines send those two in a great mission, they also send Vegas to overlook them. Personality: A very eccentric marine. In the middle of a battle he may ask for a cup of tea and he is even sleeping from times to times. However, when he is really needed, he is stepping forward and he is fighting for the sake of his comrades. Also, he is a pervert and he has the wrong idea that he's always representing the fashion. That's the reason that he avoids wearing his Vice Admiral coat. He speaks very slowly to the point that people think that he's retarded. However, he possesses great strength as a giant and he proves himself to be a master fighter whenever he has to fight. Personality: Pretty much silly, a guy who will believe any lie he will be told. That's what makes him a person who can be easily manipulated and that's the reason that his opinion does not matter within the marines. However, he's a remarkable fighter and he's admired for his battling abilities. THE DARK KNIGHT PIRATES- Vladimir Blade:
Name: Vladimir Blade "The vampire" Age: 20 Bounty: 172,000,000 Species: Human Occupation: Pirate, Captain of the Dark Knight Pirates Allegiance: Pirates Home Village/Ocean: North Blue Appearance:  History: Vladimir is a notorious pirate, who has recently started his career as a pirate. He has gained his bounty for committing crimes such as killing and especially because all of the marines who were killed by his hand had all of their blood drunk by Vladimir. His presence causes fear to low-class marines. He is the captain of the Dark Knight Pirates and he has a bounty of 172,000,000 Beri. After the World Government decided to clean out the Warlords they deemed unworthy recently, Vladimir was offered a position as a Warlord and he declined. He's one of the most powerful rookies of his era and with great influence as he has managed incredible feats over a very short period of time. He also has unexplained connections with the underworld. Aside from him and his first mate, the rest of his crew members are dressed in a way that matches the name of the crew. They all wear black colored armors. Personality: Smart, ruthless and very scary to the point that he has great influence over his crew and even to other pirate crews. He also is very serious. He takes advantage of situation, he loves scaring his enemies and he likes boasting about his achievements and about the fact that he declined an offer to join the Warlords. Although a man like himself would take advantage of a chance like that, he apparently has a very big hate for the World Government for a reason and he is proud enough to not work with them. Also, he is capable of even destroying boulders with his powerful kicks. His leg-based style also allows him to run with superhuman speeds as he has very trained legs, as well as launch air projectiles (Rankyaku) by moving his leg swiftly. Weapons/Items: N/A

Name: Arch Tab "The bat" Age: 25 Bounty: 119,000,000 Species: Human Occupation: Pirate, First Mate of the Dark Knight Pirates Allegiance: Pirates Home Village/Ocean: North Blue Appearance:  History: Arch Tab is a merciless murderer and assassin who is also the right hand man of Vladimir and his first mate. He usually is around Vladimir, serving as a bodyguard. He has committed several murders, much like his boss and as a result he has a bounty of 119,000,000 Beri. He is the second strongest fighter of the Dark Knight Pirates. Also, he likes dressing himself with strange clothes and his importance in his crew can be easily understood as he doesn't wear the typical dark knight armor that all the other members wear. Personality: Much like his boss, he's smart and ruthless and blood thirsty. He loves cutting of the heads of his enemies with his scythe. However, he respects his captain and his subordinates and he is willing to protect them at all costs. Ship: His crew's ship Ship Flag: A jolly roger with vampire teeth. | ORGA PIRATES- Orga Dadanad:
Name: Orga Dadanad Age: 29 Bounty: 154,000,000 Species: Human Occupation: Pirate, Captain of the Orga Pirates Allegiance: Pirates Home Village/Ocean: South Blue Appearance:  History: Orga is the captain of the Orga Pirates, who are named after his name. He's a powerful fighter and he is very honest. He cares for his crew and he views them as valuable crewmates. Also, he believes in dreams and he's often giving speeches about dreams. He has inspired several people who were hating pirates at first, to follow him. He has earned his bounty mostly for stealing and for causing great damage to marine basements. Personality: Kind-hearted, he believes in dreams and he hates killing. His bounty is a result of robberies he has committed over marine basements and for injuring several marine officers, including a few high ranked. Ship: His crew's ship Ship Flag: A jolly roger with black and yellow spiky hair. - Mik Ee:
Name: Mik Ee Age: 34 Bounty: 137,000,000 Species: Humanoid Animal (like Pekoms and Bepo, in this case Rat) Occupation: Pirate, First Mate of the Orga Pirates Allegiance: Pirates Home Village/Ocean: South Blue Appearance:  his face is supposed to look like a rat's. History: Mik Ee is the first mate of the Orga Pirates. Although he's the first mate, he seems to have the ultimate control over the crew and he is the one who is actually ruling the crew. Mik Ee is a liar, he usually manipulates his boss and he uses his name as a shield in order to protect himself from the results of his evil actions. Although the Orga Pirates are known for having a captain who is not a murderer, Mik Ee has killed several people and blamed other people for this in order to avoid getting chased by the marines. To this, the good name of his captain also helped. Also, there are people in the crew who are secretly on his side and they are forming a revolt in order to dethrone Orga and make Mik Ee the captain. Personality: A liar, a sly rat, just like his appearance indicates. He loves drinking wine and he always carries a jar of honey with him and eats honey with his fingers. He smells like honey. Also, he likes spying on people, making agreements for his own benefit and he's very greedy. Ship: His crew's ship Ship Flag: A jolly roger with black and yellow spiky hair. Devil Fruit: Zou Zou no Mi (Elephant Elephant Fruit) Type: Paramecia Effect: Allows the user to turn into an elephant, or an elephant human hybrid. Mik Ee has mastered the fruit to the point where he can attain 4 more forms. Yin Yang Pirates- Yinyang:

Occupation: Pirate, Captain of the Yinyang Pirates Allegiance: Pirates Home Village/Ocean: West Blue Appearance:  History: Not many things are known for Yinyang. He's a swordsman who has recently started his pirate career and quickly reached the Grand Line. He has only 4 subordinates with him and that seems to be his whole crew. He has two strange yin and yang colored dolls on his head. Personality: He seems to not like talking. He is quiet and he will not cause any fuss. If he didn't have a pirate symbol he wouldn't even be thought to be a pirate. As he never talks, there is little to no information about him. Ship: His crew's ship Ship Flag: A jolly roger with the skull being colored like the yin yang symbol Devil Fruit: Unidentified Type: Unidentified Effect: Unidentified Special Abilities: -Any special abilities of Yinyang are unknown. He carries a sword with him so it's possible that he's a swordsman. However, he probably is strong as he seems to have easily reached the Grand Line and Shabondy Archipelago. Weapons/Items: A katana
- Sit and Sat:

They are always accompanying their boss and they do not speak as well. They look like bodyguards, so it is pressumed that they are the first mates for the crew. Personality: They never talk, but they are loyal to Yinyang. They are always guarding him. Ship: Crew's ship Ship Flag: A jolly roger with the skull being colored like the yin yang symbol Devil Fruit: N/A Type: N/A Effect: N/A Special Abilities: -Just like with Yinyang, the abilities of Sit and Sat are unknown. Name: Angel Age: 26 Bounty: N/A Species: Human Occupation: Pirate, Member of the Yinyang Pirates Allegiance: Pirates Home Village/Ocean: West Blue Appearance:  History: Information about her are unknown, she seems to be peaceful and a woman who is not causing any harm. Her appearance became known along with the appearance of the other members of the Yin Yang Pirates. Also, she is the only person in the crew who gets separated from times to times. Personality: Always in a rush, she has the bad habit of stumbling upon others. She is the only member of the Yinyang Pirates who is talking to others. If it wasn't for her, the names of the other members of the crew would be unknown. She looks peaceful and not very dangerous, much like the other members of the crew. He is very peaceful and he hasn't done anything that would be deemed worthy for him to have a bounty, according to the reports of the marines of course. Personality: Quiet, just like any other member of the crew. He likes sharpening his swords and accompanying the captain. Ship: Crew's ship Ship Flag: A jolly roger with the skull being colored like the yin yang symbol Devil Fruit: Uma Uma no Mi Type: Zoan Effect: Allows the user to turn into a horse or a horse-human hybrid. Special Abilities: -Just like with Yinyang, the abilities of Fooh are unknown. -He's a fruit user who always stays in his hybrid form. This implies a mastery over his fruit. -Swordsmanship: As he carries two swords, he looks like a swordsman. Weapons/Items: Two katanas
DRUNK PIRATE(S)- Kiki Suta:
Name: Kiki Suta "The Drunk God" Age: 45 Bounty: 416,000,000 Beri Species: Human Occupation: Pirate, Captain and Sole member of the Drunk Pirates Allegiance: Pirates Home Village/Ocean: Grand Line Appearance:  History: A notorious pirate and veteran who is currently residing in Shabondy Archipelago. Kiki is very powerful, a remnant of the old generation of pirates before the great pirate era. Rumors say that he has met the Pirate King and survived. During his past life as a pirate, he has performed several bad actions and he has killed many people with his deadly powers. However, the last years he seems to have attained wisdom and he avoids killing. Responsible for this event is the onslaught that his crew received in the New World by another pirates. He has been present in the Shabondy War that was responsible for the rising of the sea emperor Anubis Neferiti. Now, he can be usually seen flirting at places where many women reside, playing card games in infamous bars and fishing Sea Kings for his hobby. He also seems to get along with fishmen. Personality: An once blood-thirsty warrior who would kill anybody that would oppose him, but now quiet and peaceful as he attained wisdom. He usually acts as supervisor to rookie pirate crews he meets that pique his curosity. Also, he loves women, card games, fishing and he loves drinking to the point that he mostly is in a drunk state. Ship: Crew's ship Ship Flag: A jolly roger with a bottle of sake. Devil Fruit: Hito Hito no Mi: Model Zeus (Human Human Fruit: Model Zeus) Type: Mythical Zoan Effect: It grants the user the ability to turn into a giant, golden, muscular creature with a long beard that ressembles the golden statue of Zeus. In this form, the user gains great power and durability and is able to launch bolts of electricity. The user is immune to his own lightning but he takes damage from electricity that comes from other fruits (like Goro Goro). If the user is female she does not grow beard and her body is not as muscular as it would be if the user was male. Note: The fruit is similar to Hito-Hito no Mi: Model Daibutsu with the difference that the Daibutsu fruit creates shockwaves and this one bolts of electricity. The size of the transformed state is the same, while the body structure is different (The Zeus user has a beard and is muscular without tiny legs).
