Appearance: A short man, though stocky and decently built for his height, he has black hair with white tips caused by the fruit he ate.
History: One evening as Toto was patrolling the outskirts of a city he had docked at, he heard loud noises coming from far off in the distant, and not too far off he saw a member of his crew, Aaron Ru Sivvi, being chased by many men with lanterns and guns. The girl screamed out to her captain, alerting him of her necesity to disembark at that moment. Toto immediatley informed one of his crewman standing near him to head back to the ship and sound the alarm to rally everyone back to the ship. Toto stepped forward, transforming from his normal short form into a monstrous Panda-man towering at 8'6" tall, and stood between Aaron and her persuers. He noticed that the men were dressed in standard Marine uniforms and wondered why they were chasing his comrade. He swung his large paw at the men, smashing one on the farthest side straight over into the men he had been running side by side with, all of which crashed through a nearby wall. Toto turned and fled toward's his ship, which was under attack from land installations in the mountain that Vegapunk was held up in. Toto rushed aas quickly as he could to his ship, and as soon as he got to it ordered his crew to set sail. As soon as they were clear of Vegapunks cannons, Toto turned to Aaron, who was clutching a large amount of paper to her chest. Toto had reverted back to his normal size at that point and asked Aaron to fill him in on what had happened and why. Once Toto was fully aware of the situation, he held a meeting on the deck of the ship, where he allowed his crew to decide if they wanted to stay on board or not. Most of the men had decided to leave the ship, as they did not want to be wanted, however roughly 1/4 of the crew remained, about 25 people, including one of his officers Donny "Bigman" Danpa.
Personality: A generally easy going guy, Toto doesnt worry about his appearance all too much, his clothes are all somewhat ragged and wrinkled, and normally Toto has 5'oclock shadow. Toto loves messing around with his crew, playing practical jokes on them, and normally wakes up late in the day, around noon. When someone makes a comment about Toto's height however, Toto gets extremely mad and normally ends up injuring the person who insulted him.

1)Gatling shot (Toto fires all 12 of the rounds chamebered in his .44 magnum revolvers extremely quickly)
2)Ricochet (Toto fires a bullet at a smooth hard object to ricochet the bullet at his enemies blind spot, the bullet loses speed and does less damage to the enemy though)
3) Southpaw Stance (Toto switches to a defensive stance with little offensive power[not his normal offensive stance])
