His height is around 1.70 meters and he weighs roughly 60 kg. His fur color is purple. As for his facial features, Niles has very slim eyes, which are slightly pointing out and make him look as an evil creature, even if he is not. He lacks eyebrows as his whole body is already covered with a tiny fur. He has the regular cat whiskers which he dyes them to a gold color. His chin is very thin and is pointy towards the ground. His mouth is also slim. Now, regarding his choice of clothes, Niles wears a light brown, sleeveless robe, that almost reaches his feet, with a golden belt. His shoes are dark brown colored and they barely cover his foot. Finally, his arms have long claws, matching his feline nature, which are dyed to gold.
History: Niles is a humanoid cat who was born in an unknown place that he knows nothing about. At a very young age, when he was an infant, he was abducted by kidnappers who were planning to sell him at an auction house so that he would be later sold as a slave. And as expected, the obvious thing happened. The humanoid cat was actually sold and he became a slave to a very rich family of Arabasta. While he was growing up, due to his animal nature, he was also trained to become a bodyguard of his owner. While in the family, Niles was treated much like piece of garbage. He was the person who would do all the chores, he was usually the target of his master whenever he was angry and he was getting hit every day. This resulted Niles in developing a very strong body, despite the fact that he was looking very frail. In order to be able to endure as much pain as possible and in order to be able to carry out his duties as a bodyguard, Niles would train whenever he had the chance and so he became pretty powerful. That was happening for a very long time, for as long as Niles remembered himself.
All those years that Niles was a slave, he made several attempts to escape from his owner. All those times, his owner would place a bounty over his head in the whole region of Arabasta. That, combined with the fact that Niles had a very distinctive appearance, resulted in having the humanoid cat very easily found and he was arrested to go back to his owner. All his efforts would prove to be futile. However, all those efforts would also increase more his eagerness to escape and travel across the world. The more he was prevented from escaping, the more a desire for journeys started developing deep inside him. He wanted to live his own adventure so that he could finally find some people to be with and who would care for him, to find his home island and meet the people from there and to stop living as a slave and live only for himself and the people he actually cared for.
And that chance would be eventually given. Due to unknown circumstances, the owner of Niles was murdered. While the people from around were focusing on the death of the man and not on his property, Niles immediately understood that this was the best chance he had to escape. With little to no concern over his owner's funeral, Niles immediately left away from the place of his owner and searched for a boat or a ship to steal and escape. And so he did, due to another event that took place some time ago. The whole region of Arabasta was taken over by one of the sea emperors, Anubis Nefertiti and great damage was caused to the place. As a result, the majority of the people of the country had their first priority to rebuild the place which was seriously damaged by the battle of the forces between the Navy and the Royal Family of Arabasta against the Sea Emperor. Niles managed to easily find a ship to steal and so he finally escaped from the country in which he was bound for the most time of his life. He was about to live his very own adventure.
Personality: Niles is a very friendly person who is eager to meet new people. His whole life, he lived as a slave and he did not happen to meet many different people as he lived inside the same house the whole time (with an exception whenever he attempted to escape) and whenever he got out, he would meet friends of his owner who were much like him. That resulted in creating the desire deep inside him to meet new people. He knew that all people were not bad like his owner. His belief was that if all people were bad, he would come to meet more friends of his master. And he was right. During his failed attempts to escape, even if there were people who would give him out, he also met many people who were very friendly and treated him with great kindness, despite his scary appearance and despite the fact that they did not really know him. Furthermore, as Niles was a slave, he lacked the experience of travels and studying and so his knowledge over most things is poor, to the point that he can be easily lied about something (like what a Den Den Mushi can do). Even if he is pretty smart, he never had the chance to prove it and due to the fact that he believes in people's kindness, people can easily lie to him. Whenever he sees something he has never seen before, he is extremely eager to check it out. This also applies for places and that is what makes him stop on every island he happens to pass next to. He wants to receive information about them, learn more things about them, as well as meet people from there. While he is not afraid of hiding his true colors, there is one thing which he always hides. He hides the fact that he was a slave once, because he is afraid that when people learn that, they will not treat him like they would originally treat him. He despises slavery for obvious reasons and he goes berserk when he sees kidnappers and owners of slaves and he shows great kindness towards slaves. In order to free slaves, he is eager to do anything, including putting his own life at risk.
