Name: Fukyū Fukyū no mi (this isn't f- you, it is rot... Though that also works as an insult kinda...)

Capabilities: Much like how the chiri chiri no mi is dust (top soil, dead skin, etc), or non-nutritional dirt, this logia is its opposite. This logia allows someone to create or manipulate compost soil, or the most nutritious soil available. This soil is very moist, dark, and heavy. It is just light enough to fly, but it is more of a long-lasting glide or hover. This soil allows the user to enhance, accelerate, and control growth in plants planted within the created soil. The user can also turn weak organic material (such as dead/dying animals or most plants/fungi) into compost soil at touch, similar to how the suna suna no mi allows for someone to drain the water from someone.

Heat sources will remove the nutritional value of the soil, and it will harden into a clay-like soil that cannot be created or controlled solely by the power of this fruit (though, still impervious to fire).
Though it is absorbent and wet, it is not created with enough moistness to limit the power; however, adding water too it will turn it into mud and make it unable to be controlled solely by this power.
