Capabilities: The user of this fruit is bestowed with the magical gift of "flattery"- they can amplify the inherent abilities of any entity (excluding themselves, nobody likes egotists) they come into physical contact with. This flattery can boost the natural properties of anything (for instance, a gun can be made to shoot its bullets faster) but cannot imprint a new property (example: fire cannot be made to spread without kindling, even when it is flattered into spreading faster). Devil fruit users can have their abilities flattered into a temporarily better state but only by an expert user of the fruit. No flattery done will last more than a thread, and flattery done to living beings is more limited- an amateur can only flatter for five turns, and an expert eight. Multiple flatteries can be put on an inanimate object, but only a master can simultaneously twice stimulate a living being. If the user is submerged in water, the flattery persists, however, if the flattered entity is submerged the effect fades.
