Capabilities:The Impact Impact No Mi allows the user to absorb any impact by a blunt object or body part. When the impact is absorbed almost zero damage is done to the user. When the impact is absorbed you can release it as a shockwave or thru your body part.

Iff lots off damage is done you would be damaged too. Aslong as you limit its strength while rping and not absorb everything.
