History:
Past: Orginally worked along side with Vegapunk, but once she found out he was using live fruit users for experiments, she stole most of his current and old notes he had on paper, many dials he had taken from his studies on the Sky Islands, and other things, and ran off with them, this being done, instantly had her removed from the marines and a massive bounty put on her head for the papers and to have her dead so no one else knows what the marines have been doing. After that being done, she fled from many islands to islands and is now on a very small and unknown island, no marines visit to drop off bounty posters here.

Well, the dials aren't all on her at once, its more of saying thats how many she owns on her at the islands, and yeah, the weapon link was a joking link to google since she uses anything as a weapon, improvising with weapons.

Sorry, no, she doesn't own the island, its just a small island that isn't well known, no one owns it, as far as I know.

I was honestly hoping you'd pick the location, if that's okay, and normally she has one or two, no more then that, she's only a normal person, no super strength or anything, just smart.

She's an ex-marine, so any ship she'd have would be a simple small marine ship.
For the island, it'd be something near Jaya in the Grand Line.
And to save trouble, I'd say she generally has 2 of each on her, since they weigh about 1 pound each.
Crew wise, she has none yet, was hoping I'd be pulling into one as the story goes.

yeah so most crew are maxed out on DF users resulting in more non DF characters to fill the ratio its pretty even allso everyone may only make 3 DF users and 2 captaions total out of there ten but DF weapons do not count
