Well me and Admin were chatting in the CBox about routes. I've decided that why don't we let the mods or admins make the routes. A route can be made up of canon and non-canon islands from the grandline towards the new world.

this is more of a suggestion he made, curious to see what people think about it, not that I run this place much anymore

Not only would this restrict the creative flow of many rps, but it would also increase the work flow of an quite frankly inactive mod staff. This idea is something that would work on a site that's not quite as loose as this one. I quite like the freestyle nature of this place and wouldn't follow a system that would restrict that as much as this would. Also this would zap the mod staff of energies that could be better spent on submission; or even their own characters, crews, ect.
