Sorry, but I didn't get where the water for your techniques come from... If it's a special weapon than it needs to be approved separately and included in your weapons list

As you can see it is not an ability, but rather a sword-style. Many swordsmen use air-blades, or air projectiles, but my character uses water. The water is essentially an extension of the sword, if you get touched by it you get cut.

So how do yo produce water from your sword? I thought it was just like an illusion from the speed...

It is not really water, but like you said, an illusion. The blade moves fast enough to appear to liquefy, but odiously does not. To wrap it all up in summation: the water is just "air blades" in disguise. Due to the styles parallel speed they can be spread over a wider range than would regularly allow.

I understand this, but i hope that you understand it doesnt mean you can make large quantities of water or anything like that, but yeah, i do understand what your technique means.
