Abilities: Hae Hae no Mi: Moderu Tseutseubae is a Zoan type Devil Fruit that grants the user the ability to turn into a tsetse fly or a tsetse fly - human hybrid. In the animal form the user looks like a regular tsetse fly. He's quite small but bigger than other flies and he has the abilities of a tsetse fly. He can spread the human sleeping sickness like every tsetse fly and he can fly around. Also, just like any fly, the user is seeing things in slow motion while in the animal form.
The hybrid form of the fruit is a strange form. The color of the user's body becomes black and the user's eyes become similar to the eyes of a fly. A proboscis is created below the user's mouth, as well, which the user can use however he wants. He can use it to either stab people or to inject the human sleeping sickness to his enemies to make them sleep. Two wings sprout on the back of the user, allowing the user to fly. Also, the user's legs and arms become slimmer and another pair of arms is created around two inches below the original pair of arms. Finally, the user is able to see things in slow-motion, just like a fly can see. The user becomes stronger and faster in this form and even faster when he is flying.
