Appearance: Cebros is a somewhat tall, about 2 meters tall to be exact, and slender, but pretty muscular man. He has black, relatively short and spiky hair, and blue eyes, as well as some stumble around his jawline. He wears a pair of black knee-length trousers, an open and sleeveless black jacket as well as a dark red sash around his waist. He has 3 silver earrings on each ear, and also wears a silver medallion around his neck, that seems to resemble the head of a dog. He carries a katana with a petal-shaped heel with him, that is usually secured on his red sash. He wears black sandals. He also has a scar on the right side of his chest, that goes vertically and is about 5 centimeters in length.

Personality: Cebros is considerably arrogant about his own abilities and skills, as he tents to ignore challengers, merely deeming them to be not worth his attention. Despite his arrogance, he is in fact quite calm, and doesn't show off his powers actively, preferring to completely evade actual combat with "weak" opponents. While it seems that he gets easily distracted, to the point of not even looking at enemies attacking him simply because he "is watching a cool fight", he is in fact very perceptive, and he is always focused, which surprises foes as they can't expect someone that actually looks away from them to be able to see through their moves. He does, despite what's mentioned above, have the ability to distinguish those that are on a similar level to his, or those that are stronger, as he claims that Tiberius Mandrake is stronger than him, calling himself the "second strongest in the island" during his confrontation with members of the Blizzard pirates. Also, while he doesn't like fighting with enemies he considers weak, if provoked over and over, he goes into a frenzy, where he begins to attack brutally and with no hesitation. Aside his combat traits, he is open minded and fairly clever, possibly one of the smartest of the crew, and since he was a captain himself prior to joining the Black Cross pirates, and a successful one to be exact, he is capable at acting as a leader when the need for his leading skills arrives.

Abilities and powers:
General:
Cebros possesses a great deal of physical strength; enough to be called "superhuman" strong. He is capable of lifting up entire boulders and topple trees with simple, unboosted attacks, and has enough speed to speed tie with even Rokushiki users, as well as manage to escape a large barrage of attacks that formed an explosion upon impact, despite being sitting down when he was attacked. He also appears to possess absolutely unbelievable durability, as he was seen completely uninjured from an array of attacks from characters such as a member of the Blizzard pirates, Nicholas, although his Devil Fruit powers might have aided him to some level.

Rokushiki:
While not having access to all 6 of them, Cebros has mastered the use of Soru, and is also very capable of utilizing Tekkai & Shigan.

Swordsmanship:
Cebros is a very powerful swordsman, with enough skill, raw power and precision to slice through not only steel, but even iron without showing much of an effort. He can also send air currents that resemble blue beams, to strike his enemies from a distance if needed.

Cebros ate the Denki Denki no Mi; Model Cerberus, a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into the said mythical creature, Cerberus. The user gains superhuman strenght and well as increased speed when transformed, like most zoan users. Also, since this fruit is a "Mythical" beast, the user also gains additional effects, such as the ability to use some fire-based attacks, most notably fire breath, a very durable body and also the snake head on the tail contains powerful and corrosive poison. Also, if one of the 2 heads that sprout upon transformation get cut off, user can regenerate them (he cant regenerate his real head). The transformation is also affected by the time it's used; during daytime it's power reduces, while during the night, it increases the user's strength even further.
