Appearance: Tough is a fishman with light blue skin on his back, almost completely camouflaging him with the ocean, and white skin on his neck down on his front side (Most of his anatomical position, besides face and neck). His nose is long and pointy, about a foot long. The nose itself is blue on the top, and white on the bottom. His nostrils are almost tiny, but he can still breathe normally. His hair is long and blue, only further helping with his camouflage underwater. He also has a slightly long fin stretching from his back all the way to his lower back, it almost looks like a wing, he can open and close this at will. Its color is blue of course. His height stretches at 6'1 and his weight 160, he also has a pretty bulky body with muscles that are well defined. His clothes usually consist of short Blue pants, white in the front, blue in the back. When he is on land he usually puts on black sandals, and black trousers.. when on the ocean wearing black would post him out easily. He has goggles, which he puts on when he is inventing or forced to create things that require metal (or dangerous hazards for the eye). He also has a yang necklace around his neck. His DIA mark is on the front of his neck.

History: Tough was born on fishman island, never attending any of the Dojo classes out of boredom, and attended advanced classes in mechanics since he was young, even managing to help some of the fishman fix their den den mushi at the young age of 7. Growing up, and already renowned for his inventing abilities, he was asked to join a fishman crew, a small one, filled with inspiring young minds that sought out to change the world. They all swam to the top of the ocean, and hitch-hiked the nearest ship they could find. However, after only a few months on the ocean the crew was completely eliminated by pirates, taking all of his friends (and himself) as prisoners. They, of course, sold them in archipelago and left them as slaves. Tough was put under the house of the highest bidder, a man that thought of fishman as accessories for the house, he simply put him in a see through container, where he was inspected and gawked at by company members. Of course, he soon outlived his luxury and was forced back into the slave business.. turns out, if the guests come in more then once, and they see the same fishman.. it wouldn't be the same surprise as the first. Once he was placed in the slave house, he waited patiently for a chance to escape, it came the second they unshackled him.. mistaking him for a fishman that had given up all hope. The second his shackles were released for the new ones, he broke the guys neck.. immediately killing him. The other two guards came running at Tough, at his current state he picked them both up, and smashed them together. He escaped the slave-house at age 24.

Years go by, and his travels go from island to island, developing his muscles along the way just by swimming. When he finally arrived in a deserted island, his body was immediately put right to training.. to make sure horrible things would have a less likely chance of happening to him. Humans arrived on the island constantly looking for treasure, when they found Tough they always attacked before he even got a word in. He ended the battle winning every time, but the pain of killing people left after the third crew, where there was blood everywhere. During these long years alone in the island he developed a naturally aggressive nature towards other humans, since his only company up to that day were humans trying to kill him. Naturally he grew hatred towards them. He was 26.

One day, a man with black hair arrived in his island, his hair long and almost silky. Tough didn't even think twice about attacking him, but attempting to punch him he felt his arm break, and his opponent remained still. The enemy had easily stopped his punch without moving, without a second through the man penetrated the fishman with his finger, and down Tough went.. blacking out and waking up tied up, with a boot to his chest. Yaminoque, the man that had defeated him, finally told Tough what he came to tell him. He asked him what he wanted in this world, and Tough replied his usual, to survive without the humans. Yaminoque simply responded: "Would you want to survive this cruel world with us Assassins? Survive and fight all the corrupt that are making it what it is today?" Of course, Tough agreed. He wanted revenge for all the hell he went through, and was sent to a training camp in Dark Isle, where he learned to master Tekkai. His strength and speed in the ocean was also used effectively, since he was part swordfish. He was recently allowed to leave his training, since they assumed his attitude would remain in check.

Personality: Tough is a bit serious. He stays distant from the crew, or most people, but talks like an arrogant person when talked to or confronted. He doesn't care about the safety of civilians as much as he cares about killing individuals. To him, the more he kills the better job he does. Has high respect for Karasu, to the point where he actually does what he is told. Refuses to do what others ask of him, and often replies with an arrogant remark. Believes the world is a cruel place. When he is working on his machines, he usually stays quiet and focused often ignoring the people talking to him.

Special Abilities:

Engineering: Tough can pretty much build anything, if given the right equipment and time, and of course the blue prints.

Fastest Swimmer: Swordfish are known as some of the fastest swimmers on the ocean, this makes Tough's speed on the water on par with mermaids.

Tough: Like the name says, Tough is Tough, his muscles are there because he can take a beating and cause serious damage per punch. He can lift a small boat, and even take blunt damage with half the effectiveness. This does not apply to being cut, since that is an entirely new form of getting hurt.


Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):

Tekkai: Tough can harden his muscles to the point of reaching Iron like toughness. This technique leaves his muscles in whatever position he left himself in, so he has to hold still.

Omega Tekkai: Tough can harden his muscles to the point of reaching Steel like toughness. This technique leaves his muscles in whatever position he left himself in, so he has to hold still.

Portable Tekkai: This technique puts Tough with the normal tekkai, but walking with it. Unlike the original tekkai, this technique does not lock the muscles in place, but it can only be used once a thread.. and its duration is 10 posts. In order for him to use Omega Tekkai in this form he would have to first turn Portable Tekkai off, and then put Omega Tekkai to replace it. (Then I would have to wait till next thread for Portable Tekkai to be used again.)

Tough Fist: Tough sends a fist capable of sending an opponent flying 10 meters. The force of this usually ends up breaking a bone or two.

Tough Kick: same as his Tough Fist, but with his leg instead.

Tough Missile: When underwater Tough swims at the speed that goes even beyond a mermaid, going to the point of downing a ship upon impact, like a big bullet piercing through the wood on the ship.

Omega Piercer: Tough sends himself towards the opponent underwater, reaching speeds of above fishman levels, and attempts to pierce the enemy completely through.

Neck Cracker: Tough sends his arm towards the opponent, the force of this would break the neck of the enemy he fights, killing the enemy upon contact.

Tough Breaking Fist: This technique can only be used when in portable tekkai mode, with this technique he sends a powerful punch, capable of breaking through steel.
