weapon name:Ryshungan description:The Ryshugan has Water,Lightning,Fire,Wind,And Earth paintings all around the sword. It's handle is made out of Stone.The Metal was forged by melting Magma. Cooled down my Wind and Water. weapon special abilities: The Sword gives the user the power to speak to Nature and Use the Elements of Nature it's self. history: Mother Nature made the sword. She left the sword somwhere someone could find it and protect the forest from Hunters. The Sword has been found by many people it's roughly been used for war. It was obvious the other side with the sword would win the battles. Other people were jealous with it's power Mother Nature was dissapoited with her decision so she took back the sword and sealed it in a rock. The only way to take it is every 500 years a user of pure heart will come and take the sword and wealed the powers of Mother Nature.

What you're using here is straight up magic, with no One Piece basis, and that's not allowed. Also, Mother Nature is not a part of the One Piece world, or at least not yet. Not to mention that the power to control the elements is way overpowered, and won't be approved even if it did make One piece Sense.
