Appearance: Being half giant human, and half fish man, his size is that of a large fishman or small giant, at 479cm tall. He is proportioned like a normal human, besides the abnormally broad shoulders. He is very pale, and has a very small hint of blue tint. Besides this small blue "glow", and some blue, crescent shaped markes along his arms/legs, he has no fishman properties on his body. His abnormally muscular, being able to see every muscle on his body; however, each muscle is not bulging out of his skin like more idiotic body builders. He likes black and silver clothing, in that he has a black cloak with silver lining that hangs from his back by a chain around his neck, like a necklace. He also wears a black and tight muscle shirt. He has dark black jeans, that obviously has leather compounds and has silver lining. He has many silver chains across his clothing, such as a chain just under his right pants pocket, and aling the left pants knee. His cloak can snap together with magentic chains, and is water-proof. He wears thick black and heavy military-style boots. He also wears a normal black and silver belt, and black socks. He occasionaly wears white musician gloves to conceal finger prints. His hair is long to the base of his shoulder blades, and is a bright shiny silver. His eyes have serpent or shark like pupils, with silver irises. The rest of his eyes are a dark pitch-black. His teeth are similar to a common view of vampires, in that he has upper and lower fangs. The rest of his teeth and more to a point than most peoples, and sharper; however, they resemble human teeth still, and are omnivorous. His teeth are also a silverish tint, as in metallic, but not at all dull grey. His tongue is different than most peoples' in the fact that it is silver in color; moreover, it is more pointed and can be extended out of his mouth 53cm. He has silver claws that come to a diamond like point and slightly curved downward, but are jagged on the sides. His ears are slightly elvish in its point.

History: will be edited, started with summary.
Early life: Lucien was abandoned on an island in the grand line after seeing to resemble humans in behavior as well as body. His mother, a giant, and his father, a starfish-man, had tried to raise him at fishman island but failed. His mother had died years before this realization, and so he was now alone. He had to learn to manipulate water and survive on land all on his own. He learned how to heal wounds and illness with herbs, and make just about anything a healthy delicious food.
Teenage life: His survival and training became the priority and he discovered many unique fighting styles from the animals. He discovered he was extremely strong, fast, and could breathe underwater. He escaped the island after finding no more use for it, and lived in the sea for a long time. Eventually he learned how to control water out of the sea, as a cannon. He learned how to gamble and trade on the many islands. He learned how to live as a pirate.
Adult Life: He received trainingin swordsmanship and a bought a rare devil fruit. He joined the marines, but after finding out how corrupt they were, abandoned them to become a pirate. He killed a few captains and lieutenants in his escape, hence his high bounty. He discovered that though he was cursed to drown, his fish-man abilities allowed him to survive underwater and flail around to no ends meet, but he could no longer swim. He couldn't even use his water manipulation underwater. He eventually found a small town to hide out while he trained his water manipulation techniques. He learned how to sense water and manipulate low levels of water. He came across the newly forming snowflake pirates and joined up.

Personality: He is a wise and logical person, despite his young age. His experience in survival makes him a compassionate cook and doctor, as well as a ferocious fighter. He is silent a lot, but has a grand sense of humor and authority. He speaks when necessary and is a shrewd bargainer, but he is fair and doesn't try to cheat people. He has never lied without great need and cause, and is usually trusted at face value. He holds high standards and is honored by many weaker pirates. He is not honored by stronger pirates, however his allies and enemies all have a mutual respect.

Ship: The Falling Flakes

Ship Flag: The jolly roger is a skull a bowler hat which casts a shadow over the top half of the skull and only allows a small button like nose to be shown along with a bunch of shiny teeth. Behind the skull is a large icy blue snowflake.

Special Abilities: He is abnormally strong, fast and agile, even for a waton. He can lift well over 80 tons total; 11 in each arm, 14 with each leg and 30-35 with torso muscles. He also has enhanced senses (see in the dark, triple distance hearing, and smell equivalent to a pig). He has the ability to sense the location of water. He has accelerated healing from his fish dna being starfish, including minor regeneration and immunity to poison/acid. This regenerative factor instantly recovers partial limbs, full limbs in minutes, and minor organs in hours. Multiple organs simultaneously takes a full day. Any major organ takes 3 days to regenerate, with life support. The brain can not be regenerated if more that 1/3 is damaged. He knoas fishman karate, but has focused all of his time on one technique. His saliva is highly acidic when mixed with poison or oil.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Chained sword style: Crescent Shine (making a huge area chopped to pieces), Setting Moon (slaming the sword to the ground to crush everything around it), Waning Crescent (launching the sword, using it the chain to propel your self when it lands, to fight hand-to-hand, and then propel the sword again), Rising Dragon (raising the sword from the ground, deflecting most any attack and emitting one's aura and will power in the form of a translucent dragon that extends the range by a few meters), and Ultra Nova (swinging the sword around a large area, destroying almost everything it touches, then launching a powerful wave of pressure in the form of a flash from the user's aura blasting from the final swing); Rumor Line (creating platinum threads to bind the target from multiple directions, where the threads are then sewn together to make a plate of heavy, binding metal), Rumor Slide (using strings to seemingly slide across air and break-neck speeds and even propel someone high into the air), and Rumor Slice (stretching strings so thin and vibrating them so fast that they cut right through the target on touch); Grand Slam (by jamming his claws into the Earth, Lucien can make large spikes rise from the ground in a general direction), Water Cannon (gathering water, lucien claps his hands and makes a large, high speed water blast launch in the direction clapped), Burial (quickly and stealthily burrowing under ground, ice, sand, etc., and then switching places with the target, trapping them under the area. The harder the material, the more affective the trap, but also easier to detect) and Sonic Rip (gathering poison and holding it in his mouth, Lucien launches a spear using his vocal and cardio-vascular strength to pierce even most steel, then bursting into poison and acid).

ok, where do we start.... firstly, your history

"killed a few captains and admirals in his escape" your character cannot be so powerful as to defeat ADMIRALS, so you have to change that, say lieutenants or something.

Second, i cannot allow the manipulation of ice because a) you have too many special abilities and b) no fishman in One piece has been ever shown to do that, so its not canon.

So no beam of light, we allow shockwaves or airblades, but beams are a cyborg thing...... thats all, and you cant destroy things that are impossible to destroy as well.

May I add that Lifting 80 tons with one arm, along with a mythical zoan, a regenerative factor, a sword with a devil fruit and manipulate water seems way way way overpowered to me, especially for a starting character. Please nerf is, a lot. This is a starting char, not an admiral or a Yonkou, and shouldn't be as powerful as these, or even close. Honestly, any of these abilities alone would be more than enough for a starting char, you picked the strongest race, the strongest devil fruit type and devil fruit weapon. Also, water manipulation is the result of Fishman Karate or Merman Combat, and if you're to a practitioner of it, you'll need a different fighting style to use it or it won't fly.

Ok, I'll lower it to 11 tons each for the reasons listed, and the idea is that I taught myself a few basics (one technique of fish-man karate) before I got a df. And no, the strongest race would be a waton cyborg And edited
