William missed but slashed his sword in the ground, and stood on his hands using the handle to ballance his hands on, he avoided the scythes that way, the only thing the scythes hit was the blade, william them hopped off the blade ''if you seriously have the intent to kill me might use my power then'' he said with a grin on his face he hoped that the scythes would be stuck around the blade that was still in the ground, when william took 4 spears from his belt and thew them in the air, from both hands from his thumb and index finger chains attached to the rings in the spear, he threw the spears, aiming at the opponents arms, mainly his clothes, and the thumb ones he aimed at the boys shoes, he would nail him down without hurting him too much, from the ring on the chain he then created some more chains, ready to attach to the other chains on the ring, capturing the culprit when the attack would land

His other side of the scythe was now stuck on his sword, meaning that he had one scythe at his disposal and the other one had hit the blade and was stuck. He slightly tugged on the scythe but the sword was firmly stuck on the ground. William then threw spears at Takuji, but his aim was to incapacitate him. Takuji almost felt like laughing at that blatant arrogance, well, some people would call it kindness, but for Takuji it was as if William had looked down on the point of this fight. He then focused his hand and it hardened, it was almost in a instant, but he sliced off all the spears aimed at him with his hand, he then muttered "Flesh hand..... basic version....." It was like his arm had become a blade, it then shortened back to normal, he saw the rings on the ground now motionless, he was going to try and catch him? Not that easy, but to have to use flesh blade was a last resort for Takuji, it was an experimental technique he was still working on, and it didnt last long, but Takuji would have to use it here to win.

William was amazed when the orange haired kid cut trough his spears. he had some strength indeed, but william knew he had to win for the pride of his crew, and for the protection of his friends, he atached a chain to the chainscythe that was stuck behind his sword, and used his ring to make it glow very hot, the kid wold have burns etc if he wouldnt drop the weapons

The chain still atached from his left hand to the scythe he ran forward, extending the chain, and covering his right arm in chains,at fast speed he amed for the orange haireds head, it would knock him back, on contact he would shoot chains out to capture and trap the target, this attack worked most of the times he used it

Takuji gritted his teeth and felt the heat in his chain scythes in his hand, he had no choice but to let go, he felt naked without his prized weapon but he had no choice. He then dashed foward, leaving his scythes behind and dashed at William, but a chain came in to his head and knocked him back, and the rest of the chains subdued Takuji as he tried to struggle "A trap..... welll played shichibukai...... damned hells..... i admit defeat....."

William stared at the orange haired kid once he struggled to leave his weapons, then after that he stormed right at william but got hit by one of the several chains that where flying around '' you fought well, but you shouldn't fight to hurt people, you should fight to protect them ''he said serious waiting for andrew to return. When andrew whispered into william ears, who he thought that should be joining the crew, william sproke up '' there are only a few of you that passed todays test, william pointed at kenny '' welcome to the crew you little one, you fought with lots of inspiration, we are glad to have you, then there was one in the croud that never was afraid, william pointed at him you are a doctor aren't you , the young lad nodded, suprised how william knew, ''then you are aboard too, he then said ''the last one is you'' when he pointed at the orange haired kid. '' but make sure you never hurt crew mates, or your out of the crew, flying off the islands, the rest off you are disminished, sorry for coming here without acomplishing your goal'' all the people left sad. ''so what is your name then'' he asked the orange haired guy

Takuji gritted his teeth, and then calmed down "Now that you have shown me your strength ill join your crew.... its obvious that you are the obvious way to power.... i wont hurt the crew mates on my own crew ..... but as for my reasons for fighting, that i will keep to my own self...." Takuji was now completely calm, his village teachings had always taught him to be aggressive and always be prepared to kill, this was the truth of the 6th pillar, he was taught to kill , that was all he knew.

William smiled as his new crewmember told him he'd behave ''lets have a good time then buddy'' he said smiling and showed him the way on board on the ship, andrew was a tad sad about the fact that the man that attacked them was invited but he knew he shouldn't be a bad person at all they waited for the last people to get on the ship
