Capabilities: The Kokuen Kokuen no Mi is a versatile fruit, as it allows the user to embody the allotrope of the element carbon which is one of the staple elements found in nature. In the human body, carbon is essential for multiple functions for development and is a building block for all functions. This element is the chemical basis for most of known life. This fruit will allow the user to transform parts of their body into the lightweight graphite (allotrope of carbon). Also, carbon has the highest thermal conductivity of all known materials, being a benefit and detriment to the user. If the user is attacked with heat or extreme cold, he/she will need to act quickly or will feel immense pain. As a plus, this allows the user to harness heat/cold if he/she has a source of that nearby. The user can use graphite as "carbon black", irritating lung tissue and slowing respiration. The graphite man/woman may combust at high temperatures, allowing him/her to escape from situations or turn into hot flakes, not like a logia tho.

This ability will need to be practiced and practiced by the user for it to become viable. If the user does not train enough, he/she will MOST LIKELY die from overexposure to the elements. This ability may be VERY weak, or formidable if honed.

Firstly, any custom devil fruit can be used by anyone, not just the person that created it, so a promise to use it properly is not valid, but that doesn't concern this case anyway.

Secondly, this fruit overlaps with Jozu's canon fruit, as they both let the user turn into diamond, only your fruit has a lot more benefits than that, not to mention it is extremely scientific, perhaps too scientific for a wacky world such as the One Piece universe. In short, I would have considered approving it, but it's almost an identical yet stronger version of a canon fruit, which means it's a no-go.
