Name: Laser Eye
Description: A Normal laser which can pierce through the body however it takes quite some time to charge and can't not pierce through strong materials such as steel. Also the laser is solar powered and at night it stores light, the width of the laser is around 4 Centimeters and when it is used once it will have to cool down for 3 minutes.

History: Kaito at the age of 18 built a left eye for himself for he had lost his eye against a few pirates, the laser didnt come out quite good the first time however after a few tries it was perfected.
