Name: Nou Nou No Mi (Talent Talent Fruit or Gift Gift Fruit)
Capabilities: Whoever eats the Nou Nou No Mi becomes a gifted man. With the fruit's powers, the eater gains complete mastery over every object he is touching, for as long as he is holding it. In a sense, the user is capable of becoming a master swordsman without ever seeing a sword once he is touching one, or memorize an entire encyclopedia just by touching the book, but only for as long as he is touching these objects. The fruit does not bestow the user with enhanced strength, so if he touches an hammer that too heavy for him to operate, the mastery won't matter. This limitation also includes actions that require more than just mastery over an object to perform, like air blades for example. Mastery can be achieved over objects that normally don't even serve a certain function, in such a case, every single action that the user performs that involves the said objects will be executed perfectly. For example, a mastery over a pebble will allow the user to toss the pebble with perfect accuracy, but won't increase the range to which he can throw that pebble, as stated earlier.

approved- I hope the limitation will mean a master swordsman can't just air-blade just because of skill, that takes lots of strength too
