Appearance: Olrar has long, charcoal hair, which is pushed back into a single pony-tail. He stands at roughly 6 foot and seems slightly thin. Though Olrar appears thin, toned muscles flow throughout his body. Olrar has a thick goatee which circles around his entire mouth. Olrar constantly wears a suit. This suit is a simple black and white suit: Black jacket, black shoes, white shirt, black tie. As well as this, Olrar also wears a black fedora with white stitchings of a pheonix on it's side.

History: Olrar grew up on the West Blue, with his father and mother. As a child, Olrar wanted to be like his father; a Marine. His father trained him most days to become as strong as a marine. This went on for several years, until Olrar became stronger than his father. After finally beating his own father, Olrar still felt that he wasn't strong enough for the Marines. He continued to train himself, becoming stronger and stronger. Unfortunately, Olrar had no-one to test his strength on. That was until the day the rookie pirates came.

The rookie pirates terrorised the town for several days before Olrar realised he could test his strength on the entire crew. At night, Olrar walked onto the ship, shouting for their captain to come out. Instead of being easy and attacking Olrar himself, the captain instead sent his men to attack him. Olrar proceeded by taking the men down one by one, ending with the captain. As Olrar searched the ship for anything that he could take as reward, he spotted an exotic fruit. Olrar smirked, knowing what it was. He took the fruit and bit into it, gaining the power of a Devil Fruit.

Several years after this test, Olrar joined the Marines but was continuously harassed by his captain. The captain believed that Olrar's power wasn't real and that he made it up. After fighting several pirate crews, his captain believed that his power was now real, but the World Government had also seen this power, especially that Olrar had learned one rokushiki (but hadn't quite mastered it), and had invited Olrar to join them as an agent. They trained Olrar in more Rokushiki moves for several years before fully allowing him entrance as a World Government official.

Personality: Olrar can be rather sadistic at times, wanting his enemy to suffer for a long time. Though this is true, Olrar tries to be calm and sophisticated most of the time and his true sadistic and blood-thirsty side only really shines through when greatly angered.

Devil Fruit: Doku Doku no Mi

Effect: Grants the user the ability to produce and control different types of poison, as well as grant immunity to all forms of poison.

Special Abilities:

• Rokushiki - Having trained for years on end, Olrar has only mastered 3 moves; Rankyaku, Tekkai and Shigan.
  

Learned Techniques:

• Posion Blade: Olrar covers his foot in poison and releases a rankyaku, allowing the poison to follow the air-blade.
  
• Blood poisoning: Olrar uses Shigan, piercing the body of a person, allowing poison to enter the person's bloodstream.
  
• Grave-block: Olrar excrets poison from his feet to slide towards his target. The poison would solidify around the target's feet, stopping them from walking away before the poison would raise around the person, sealing them in a poison block.
  
• Poison Shield: Olrar would cover himself in poison and use Tekkai. If anything would hit Olrar, the poison would slide onto it, trying to cover it completely.
