Name: Seiteki Seiteki no mi (static static fruit)
Description: This fruit gives the ability to create a static cling in fabrics and metals that are directly touching the body, and although weak they can increase the electric forse in something static, that is directly touching the skin by touching it for longer, but to make it dangerous, it has to be for at least a second (if they block it doesn't work). The power has a weakness though, the objects with a lot of static are attracted to water, but most wouldn't know that.

Yeah, but a skilled person could block them with a sword, and the power is magnetism, it's increasing static cling on touch.

Umm I don't think so. It would be like having a trigger static cling, and it could increase the force of it by touching it more, kind of like a battery.
