Name: Henkō Henkō no Mi (Change Change Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Effect: The user of this fruit becomes a "change man". This means that they are capable of reshaping any raw material into a different form (such as turning scrap metal into a blade), however, they are incapable of transmuting the material into a different substance. To start the transmogrification process, the user must touch the material that is being changed. The user can also 'stretch' a material into a greater size, however, doing this makes it much more fragile. The user can also do the reverse process to condense the material into a much tougher, heavier version. The transmogrified material does not lose inherent qualities (wood is still flammable, burning wood is still on fire, etc.) by being changed; however, once the user has reached a high level of skill with the ability they can add and subtract certain properties (such as sharpness, heaviness, durability, or buoyancy) by touching it. The biggest limitation on the ability of the change man is that they cannot change material that are naturally alive (for this ability, plant-products like wood are not considered alive); this ability is not explicitly forbidden from working on devil fruit weapons, but if they take animal form or hybrid form the ability won't work. The way to undo an objects transformation is to completely submerge it in standing water (thus, if something was made to take the form of a ship, it wouldn't reshape itself into its original form by touching water).
Note: The property altering ability must be obtained in roleplay, and will take some time. Also, toxicity is not a property that can be altered. Of course, seastone cannot be transmogrified.
