The Adventures of a Couple of Wondering Travelers (Open to Lost and Cobdogred)

Emily, the girl from the show, stood around the other side of the volcano's edge. She had changed from out of her outfit from the show, and know wore a white jacket like sweater with small goat horns on the sides of the hood, along with some black shorts and stockings. She was standing with the other performers, a few of them still in costume making them easy to spot. Emily could hardly be recognized, the only thing one might be able to recognize her with was her red hair and violet eyes. She seemed to be arguing with someone, a man with red hair matching hers and a women with violet eyes. From Emily's body language she had lost the argument, the man smirking at her and the women just shaking her head.

Emily said something else to them before giving them both a hug and walking away from the edge. She wondered around, moving between the people and trying not to look at the two main women of this event.

The guards around the cage opened the door once the music began. It wasn't much more than a few drums, but the sound that came from them sent chills down Iken's spine. His gut was in knots and he could feel that something wasn't right, that the girl they had wrapped in chains inside a cage wouldn't survive if someone didn't step in. Iken knew very well it couldn't be him, he'd have the marines swarming the island if he did something so high profile. Gritting his teeth and clenching his fists tightly Iken did nothing more than look on as they opened the door to the girls cage.

All of the sudden it hit him, the cage, the chains; they were all made from seastone. It wasn't cheap coating either, it was full and thick seastone used for the strongest of devil fruit users. Iken was flabbergasted that such a frail looking woman could have such a dangerous devils fruit that they had to go through such extremes. None of this made sense to Iken, he couldn't make heads or tails of the situation. This feeling was frustrating to the man that had been in control for so long.

A few of the guards lead the woman by pulling on her chains, pulling her towards the opening on the volcano. A tall man in a priest like get up walked in front of her while the two guards stood at her side. The younger woman walked forward with a grin on her face like she had just won the lottery. Raising his hands the man placed them over the heads of the two woman and began chanting in a dead language. Well it was dead to most, Iken however was one of the few who it wasn't dead to. It was a variation of the languages seen on many of the Poneglyphs.

Iken's understanding was a bit rusty, however he could tell one thing; they're going to kill the woman. He was about to step forward when the younger woman decided to speed things up by pushing the older woman into the pit of magma. Still bound by the seastone chains she didn't stand a chance. Her body caught fire before she even hit the magma, engulfing her completely. Her screams echoed through out the area. Giggles and hoots could be heard coming from the higher class looking people while the pirates and servants of the nobles gasped in disbelief of what just happened.

Iken leaped forward, however he was quickly surrounded by a good number of the guards. They weren't your average foot soldiers on the level of someone from Iken's crew. "Get the hell out of my way!" Iken roared pulling his sword and slashing out creating the worlds strongest airblade. He not only cut down every last guard, he also blew out the entire back end of the volcano causing magma to flow out. This however was too late, a second after the screaming stopped one of the pineapples morphed into a devil fruit. "Are you fucking kidding me? You goddamned psychopaths!" he yelled looking at the priest and the young woman.

Iken had half a mind to gut the both of them, however before he could even lift his blade a man from the crowd leaped forward. He ran to the devil fruit picking it up. Both the priest and the woman tried to stop him only to find the sharp edge of his blade. "THE CURSE IS GOING TO FINALLY END!" the man screamed. He threw the fruit into the magma pit. Looking down in the pit, Iken could see words etched into the side of the volcanic rock. It was a warning, a Poneglyph warning of an uncontrollable super weapon. Before Iken could read it all a massive stream of lava shot up out of nowhere destroying the man that threw away the fruit.

Tsujo hadn't really been paying attention for whatever ceremony or performance was going on earlier.. He was just staring into the flames, watching as they danced.. and then followed the horde of people including Iken up the Volcano.. Even then he wasn't really paying attention.. only when the shriek was heard and Iken lept forward Tsujo jumped into action.. He was snapped back into reality and was no longer spacing out.. He turned his head so fast the half face bird mask almost slipped off of his face.. It was boiling up here and Tsujo's body was slick with sweat.. He was wearing a robe though.. so it should have been expected..

Tsujo's hand gripped his blade as he began running towards Iken, He weaved in and out of the people.. He didn't really know what Iken's plan was or what to do right now on his own.. "Hey! Should we run?" The words spewed from Tsujo's mouth.. He was nervous and it was probably Noticeable. He really wanted to leave.

Emily had moved away form the crowd and was at the edge of them. She whinced as she heard the women's screams, she closed her eyes tightly and held her arms, always hating this day. she Blinked as not much after the volcano started shaking as steam shot up out of it "whats going on" she said to her self as she looked back at it, a few people screaming and freaking out.

The ground began to shake and more magma began to flow from the back side of the hole Iken created. It was like a massive earthquake and a volcanic eruption all of the sudden at the exact same time. The only difference was the lava the flowed out didn't flow down the hill, rather it began to reform the broken wall. Large cracks began to form, running down from the volcano to all of the way down to the sea. The magma freely flowed through the cracks, like blood would through a vein.

People began to stampede down the mountain as the volcanic activity started. Most of the people quickly began to evacuate, taking ship whether or not they belong on them. It was a mad dash to the docks, as people leaped onto ship that had already began to move. Nobles grabbing onto the deck rails of ship that clearly belonged to the pirates. Some of the people weren't so lucky and had fallen into one of the many crevasses filled with the flowing magma.

Iken was down by the entrance of the town with Tsujo and Koga when he looked back up at the peak of the volcano. To his horror his suspicions had been accurate, the volcano, maybe even the entire island was turning into a living super weapon. A massive head began to form from the lava that was streaming up from the volcano. The cracks as well as the magma inside them also began to take the shape of humanoid like features. There were people and bodies lining the town and the trailing leading up to the volcano.

All of the sudden, what seemed to be an arm formed. It raised high into the air and slammed down destroying a number of the fleeing ships. Becoming more self aware the creature began spewing molten lava in streams from its mouth at the ships. As the beast formed it began destroying more and more of the ships that were only trying to get away. If this didn't stop soon, everyone was going to die.

Iken knew what he had to do. "Tsujo, Koga, take Chi and get out of here." Iken ordered as the looked up the trail. "Tsujo, take Chi to one of the boats and make sure nothing happens to it. Koga after she's safe, go to my crew and tell them not to give up the fight.....and ...that I believe in them." he said heading back up to the volcano. Iken ran through the trail between the burning trees. The entire forest was up in flames causing large trees to randomly fall and block the way. Iken began dodging and leaping over the fallen trees trying to maneuver around them when he could. The young yonkou did his beast to clear a path for those who were trapped on the trail.

When Iken arrived at the top where the head was forming, the creature gave out a gargled roar. Specs of hot magma spewed out like spit would have from a normal human. It's cheeks swelled and a stream of lava poured from the giant head as if it was throwing up. The stream was directed right for Iken. Quickly he attached his heat dial to his sword and sliced through the stream. With the heat dial absorbing most of the heat, he was safe as the hardened rock fell behind him. Leaping up, Iken threw his shurriken blade, the sharpest one he possessed. The blade sliced off the beasts cheek making it roar loudly. Thanks to the speed it was traveling the blade didn't really have time to heat up even through it passed through the lava. The chunk that fell off melded back into the ground and the face was regenerated an instant later.

By now the entire upper half of the monster island had formed, only leaving the bottom half where the dock was. Most of the ships had long since set sail, however Iken remained on the island, fighting the head of the monster. Coming down Iken attempted to cut the beast head in two, however his blade ran into the creatures blocking hand. The cut ran deep, down the arm, but was still healed quickly my the flowing magma. Giant strands of flaming grass began trying to spear Iken as he used geppou to stay in the air.

Even with his speed and swordsmanship skills it was difficult to fight thousands of flaming objects all trying to skewer him. He used his flash to get down and grab his shurriken sword from the monsters shoulder. Spinning it, he began slicing through the flaming reeds making much easier to defend. Iken leaped back in the air and raised his sword into the air. Bring it back down he launched the worlds largest air blade, cutting a deep crevasse into the beasts chest. Magma flowed from the wound like blood and began to regenerate it quickly. The beast using its massive hands grabbed Iken and began to crush him under the tons of earth they were made of.

The intense heat and the pressure began to take its toll and Iken was able to struggle less and less as the beast squeezed harder. Soon it began to get dark, and it being night time had nothing to do with it. A scream from a girl on the bottom half of the island snapped him. Looking out of the bottom of its hand he could see it was the red-head girl from the show. She was trapped on the island on a ledge inside one of the cracks. The island was transforming quickly. Iken's heart began to beat faster and he gave one last push, with all of his might. He pushed the tons of dirt that made up the hand away, just enough to use his sword. Swinging his sword, Iken sliced off the beasts fingers causing them to fall into the ocean. Water splashed up as the large amount of solid earth fell in.

Iken's shirt and part of his pants had completely burned off, leaving his skin singed a blackish tint. Burning ran up and down his arms and torso even a few smaller ones on his face. His normally scared torso seemed to hold up well to the intense heat damage, leaving the worst of the damage to his shoulders where the skin was bubbling. Falling for a bit, Iken used soru mid air to appear a moment later next to Emily. Breathing heavily, Iken choked on the poisonous gassed coming from the volcanic activity the transformation was causing. Panting and kneeling down, Iken stood back up a moment later holding out his hand. "Come with me, I'll try to save you." Iken said clearly on the verge.

Emily was looking around as everyone started to panic "what the hell!?" she yelled as the volcano started to move and morph. She started running with everyone eles, trying to get away but in all the confustion she was knocked over. She ended up hitting her head as she stumbled down the side of the volcano, stoping just before falling off the edge of a ledge. She growned as she saw up slowly, her hood a bit torn and her hair dirty from soot. She looked around before screaming as she backed away from the ledge, realizing she was traped. She was holding her arms and shaking with fear, untill suddenly a man was standing infront of her, holding out his hand, telling her he would try to save you. She looked at him for a moment before taking his hand, having no other choice really. "o-ok" she said softly to him.

After hearing Iken's order Tsujo quickly lifted Chi off the ground and carried her with both arms.. He ran down the streets as fast as he could, He was reaching the docks but there were barely any boats left... everybody was trying to get the best boat so Tsujo set his eye on a small caravel sitting there.. It was big enough to hold all of them comfortably though..

There was one man on it and he was already taking it out.. quickly Tsujo lept onboard and placed Chi down. He put her in a safe place next to the stairs.." Stay here and hold onto something, If you need anything tell me" Tsujo said before leaping Infront of the steering wheel where the man stood.. He drew his invisible blade from its sheath and gripped it.. "Stay right here, do not move the boat.. Or I will slice you open" Tsujo said to the man as he looked over the water.. They were far enough out that nobody would try to get on their boat.. but still close enough that Iken would be able to see Tsujo's crimson cloak. Tsujo just wondered how Iken was faring on the island.

The heat from the action began to cause a massive movement in the air as it rose quickly dropping the air pressure. Loud bangs could be heard seconds after a flash of light ripped across the skies. Thunderclouds had formed from all of the heat rising into the sky. The wind began to blow causing the water to splash against the legs of the now fully formed island monster. Even the deep ocean water barely reached the monstrous beings legs. It had just been born and already it was out for blood, the being wanted to destroy all that was near it. The escaping ships were easy targets, and it would have likely destroyed them all if it wasn't for Iken.

Iken was in the air hundreds of feet off the ground trying to stay level with the monster. He only had one arm to spare as the woman was in his other. With his free arm the yonkou created large whirlwinds large enough to divert the monsters attacks from hitting anymore of the ships for the next few hours. However even the might of a Yonkou was no match for the extensive power of the newly awakened beast. From a variety of cause the man soon found himself unable to dodge a powerful swing from the tons of rock than made up the beast's arm. Slicing into the arm lessened the blow, but caused the hot magma to spew out. Succumbing to his burns and exhaustion, Iken began to fall. From the height they were at, it took a few seconds before the pair hit the water, and hit it hard with Iken taking the brunt of the blow.

Koga was looking at the battle of Iken against the monster from afar. He wanted to see the way the sea emperor would deal with the monster. He could not do anything to help. If Iken was unable to deal with the monster, then Koga would be unable to do so, as well. The only hope was Iken himself.

However, the events showed that even the mighty swordsman from East Blue was unable to do anything at all. Iken was severely burnt and succumbed to his wounds, causing himself to start falling in the sea along with Emily. Now, this was an opportunity for Koga to help... This time, he could actually do something that could help Iken.

While Iken was falling in the sea, Koga started running with great speed towards his direction. He run and run as fast as he could, however, he could not be fast enough to reach the sea before Iken would fall. Iken had fallen in the sea along with Emily and now it would be much more difficult for Koga to find him.

"Damn... I lost track of him!" Koga said and he dived into the water at the moment he reached the sea. "Where is he?" he said while looking around. However, he could not see him anywhere at all. The only person that he could see was Emily, who was separated from Iken after Iken fell into the sea. "A preeeeeeeeeeeeeetty existence!" Koga said and he moved towards her, grabbing her. "Now... About Iken..." he wondered and he looked around. "Where is he?" he thought and he started searching once again.

For some minutes, Koga would desperately look for the swordsman. He could not find him anywhere, even if he knew that he was around. However, something made Koga regain his hope... The sword of Iken was seen by Koga. The swordsman was separated from his sword as well and Koga found it. The turtle humanoid picked up the sword and he started swimming with it on his back. Now, it was obvious that Iken was nearby.

With his hope risen, Koga was searching more and more... He did not leave a rock unchecked. He was even checking from below the rocks... And some time later, he finally found Iken. The swordsman was about to be swallowed by a large fish. However, before he was, Koga used his naginata to slice the fish and grabbed Iken to save him. "I found you..." he said and he started swimming away, searching for a safe spot to leave them.
