Jiwang is about 25 feet and has a pale lions mane due to being a lion shark. Jiwang wears a helmet that covers most of his mane and sea green eyes. Jiwang wears a dark blue cape that hangs over most of his back. Jiwang has a silver hammer that is about 7 feet which was made specially for him when he was preparing for the war agansit the noble. He has dark blue shorts and black shoes with metal soles and metal toes.

History: Jiwang's parents were a giant in the marines and a Fishwoman. Jiwang was constantly discrimated agansit by the Fishman. Though he was a giant they tortured him with taunts, vandalism, and pranks. Jiwang was eventually sold into the slavery of a World Noble as a 3 year older who was 4 and a half feet. Jiwang was punished the most beside a feist youngster named Roberto who was being punished by being sent to the mountains and he would come back days later with icicles basically coming from his body. Jiwang was used as a carrier and was to carry the world noble on his back as a horse or was to carry the world nobles objects when he traveled through places. Jiwang was taken by his father, with a promise to bring Jiwang back in a month. In this month Jiwang's father's best friend a fishman taught Jiwang Fishman Karate which he quickly mastered within the month. Jiwang came back and became friends with the feisty boy Roberto.

Jiwang and Roberto were respected by the other slaves for there amazing reserves of strength which they constantly displayed. Jiwang lived with the marine life when the World Noble relocated to a tropical island. Jiwang loved the animals and was like a protector to them. But when Jiwang and the other slaves were taken to a submarine trip and came back to the island being nuclear devestated by the World Noble's selfish whim, Jiwang agreed to help Roberto take out the World Noble and escape. Jiwang was made a giant silver warhammer from a forger who despised the World Noble. Jiwang succesfully executed his part of leading the slaves to the escape boat and Roberto made it just before the boat set sail. Jiwang left after he gained an unpresidented height of 25 feet and went back to Fishman Island. Jiwang got lost and ended up in a war striken land called Alabasta, where a yonkou pirate was causing mischief, Jiwang got nearly killed multiple times from raids in small towns but eventually made his way back to Fishman Island after an old mans sacrifice to get the towns people out. Jiwang made it to Fishman Island and stopped some Marine warships from destroying the island to get some pirates and was given a bounty of 12,000,000 beli. While the time he was there he earned his Red Belt in Fishman Karate

Personality:Jiwang is a sympathetic wanderer who just wishes to protect those who discriminated agansit him to show that wotans and humans are worth more credit then the fishman give them. Jiwang often involves himself in other conflicts. Jiwang loves the marine life and will do anything for marine life. Jiwang wants to solve all problems non-violently but if you harm Fishman Island he will go berserk and starting attacking friend or foe. Jiwang though is a calm, kind, and intelligent wotan. Jiwang loves taking swims from time to time when he has nothing to do, or he feels the ocean calling towards him

Astunding Swimming ability-like all natural fishman they can swim faster than a human and our much more powerful underwater

Water Vapor control-like a master oF Fishman Karate they can manipulate the water in the atmosphere as a weapons since every body his a mass of water this affects pirates who usually are unaffected by blunt force, sending shckwaves at an long distance pponent

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Brick Fist- A very powerful punch which is used to crush opponents on a lower level or uppercut opponents just as tall or taller than him

Tearing Lion Shark Blast- Jiwang spins underwater to create a vortex and heaves it at a target

Fishman Jump Kick- Jiwang jumps in the air and does a drop kick and the water vapor in the air causes a shockwave to slam against the opponent

Fishman Roundhouse- Jiwang squats down and sweeps his leg across a desired area

Fishman Smash Kick- Jiwang jumps in the area and smash his leg or knee on the ground if it misses the water vapor sends shockwave through the ground

Fishman Smash Punch- Same as Smash Kick but with an Elbow Drop or Fist

not approved I'd like to know what level of fishmen karate and what moves, then you have your goals not filled in, and you weapons and techniques. This is the last time I will ask you to put more effort in those chars, and it would be strange for someone to be able to understand personality in a small 3 lines

Brickfist seems too strong, remember out of the water you are weaker and sending one in the air is sorta like controlling another character. Devine water vapor and how can that create such a huge shockwave
