Serious: Adventures of a Wandering Traveler Part One (Open to Lost and Cobdogred)

Chi blushed more as she felt his strong arms warp around her tightly and his gentle lips kiss her forehead in an (what Chi thought) endearing way. She giggled slightly and smiled at him. "Thanks for that" she said as she hugged him back, but before she could do anything else he had stood up. She pouted slightly because she was cold again, and she kind of missed the warmth that his body gave off. It was comforting and nice. Gentle and kind. It was just like him. She heard some noises and then she was slightly warmer, she thought that he must have put some of the wood on the fire so that it would last more, good, I was freezing without you, Chi thought but she didn't say it out loud. It was too cheesy.

When Iken said that they should stay here for the night, because it was scary and it was already pretty dark, Chi wanted to refuse, she was getting really cold and was sure that if they stayed for the night, she would catch a cold. But she didn't want to sound whiny or anything like that, at least not to Iken. So she smiled and nodded, partially because she would have the excuse to hug him tightly all night saying that she was cold and needed some warmth.

Then again before she could do anything else Iken helped her up and laid her on the tarp, holding her hand like it meant everything, she blushed slightly and closed her eyes, wishing she was closer to him. Soon enough though, he pulled her closer, so that the cloak would cover them both and they were warmed by each other's body. She hugged Iken and pulled herself closer to him, she decided to take an initiative and kissed him softly on the lips, while still having her eyes closed and her arms around him.

Iken was a bit startled when she kissed him after she had laid down. He wasn't expecting it to say the least. However he wasn't about to miss a chance to kiss her, he would take every and any chance he got. Iken leaned into the girls kiss while holding her. It was gentle and sweet, and he wanted it to last forever. He was just fine with the thought of falling asleep, just like that. Holding each other with their lips locked in a soft kiss. However forever was a long time, as Iken rested his forehead against Chi's breaking the kiss for a breath.

"I'm really glad I met you, it would be so cold out here without you, in more ways that one." Iken said pulling up the cloak. He snuggled into the girl like she was life it's self, refusing to pull away even for an instant. There the man fell asleep, and for the first time in a long time he slept well. There was no stress, none of the nightmares, and no one else to worry about. It was just Chi and Iken in their own little world, protected by the sweet forest around them. With Chi in his arms, Iken could finally rest without anything else on his mind; just who he considered the most beautiful girl in the Grandline.

The next day, the sun arose and beat down upon the small island. For a fall island the temperature was very high, however it wasn't unheard of. Iken was up early, he packed his things and was ready to go at any time. The only problem was, he didn't want to leave the place, it had made him so happy. Holding Chi's hand, Iken walked out of the forest and towards a dirty road. One way lead to the city, while the other lead to the docks. A sign told this to be true.
