Name: Wapu Wapu no Mi (Warp Warp Fruit) Type: Paramecia Abilities: Wapu Wapu no Mi is a unique paramecia type Devil Fruit that grants the user the ability of teleportation. The user is able to use his power to create warps between two different places in an instant and teleport away from his previous position. The ability is blocked by sea-water, but is not blocked by air. As a result, the user cannot teleport to underwater places (like Fishman Island) but can teleport to any other place with little to no effort. The user can only teleport to places he has been before. Restrictions: This fruit can only be used by NPCs for plot-related purposes and stuff like that. It cannot be used by PC characters.

Rejected, my apologies. Teleportation, whether used by PCs or NPCs, is strictly banned. Sorry about that, Max :/
