He wears a unbuttoned white dress shirt and black dress pants with a black belt
He has a tattoo that in Japanese characters means PK Pirates he wears two rings on his left hand and a watch on his right arm

History: Danto was born in the hut that was built form the sweet, blood, and tears of his family members. He was a noisy baby who would always interrupt the quiet his family had at the house.  

He thrived for attention always crying to be picked up or rocked to sleep. One night when his family was out with his oldest brother Santo except his older brother Blake, an old man seeking Santo out for his blade Crusher, he witnessed as his brother was brutalized by the man and for the first time Danto stood up and bit the man in the leg.  Danto provided enough time for his brother Blake to bash a broom over his head and break it his brother proceeded to feed him a strange pineapple which Danto greatly accepted and then feel asleep.

Danto at the age of 7 developed the habit of looking through stuff that he didn't own he found a photo album and saw his father was a marine and his mother was a chef but retired to have a family. Santo soon left to become a pirate and Blake was sent to hone his Devil Fruit skills because he had swallowed the Mera Mera(Fire Fire) Fruit and set everything on fire, Danto soon began to hone his skills so he wouldn't be sent away.

Danto was lonely, he watched as children in the neighborhood played outside through the window.  But his parents would never let him go outside so instead Blake just read books all day and all night he developed the ability to come up in strategic plans in games like chess and checkers.  He read through old stuff his dad used in the marines like war plans and actually understood, he striped one of his father's guns and put it back together in 7 1/2 minutes. This showed his parents how smart he was and they started letting him take high school and college classes.

Danto was a mischievous child he egged peoples houses and planted firecrackers into the lawns, he did some many they considered him a threat to a whole village and considered him a rookie pirate with half a million bounty so he left home and started his own little ally hangout he lived there and when ever people came, he used sewers systems and escaped.  But one day his brother caught up to him(Blake) and told him about how he was named after Santo and that no matter what mistakes he ever made he should always be on the side of justice because justice always prevails but Blake said he can choose which side to be on.  

Danto took these words to heart and turned himself in, he was but into a local prison. He was there for 1 year and 6 months he came out on his 15th birthday just in time to sneak into Blake's boat he used a secret compartment to hid within. He got a tattoo of PK Pirates in Japanese characters.

Danto and Blake then went sailing towards Whiskey Peak to fight Anubis's paladins to earn infamy as pirates.  After being beaten by the paladins Danto meet a man named Jacob and Dorian another gum gum user, after Santo convinced Dorian to train his brothers while he was gone.  So while Santo was being trained by Jacob Blake and Danto were being trained by Dorian.  Danto and Blake traveled back towards East Blue to get members for there crew.  Danto and Blake encountered a Shichibukai named Karasu who succesfully captured them and sent them to the jail in Loguetown.  Danto and Blake succesfully pulled out an escape plan allowing all the prisoners escape while Blake defeated the Warden and Crystalis and Danto both succesfully defeated both Vice Wardens.

Personality:He stills does mischievous unnecessary things but when he notices himself slipping back to his old ways the words that his brother spoke to him rang in his head " no matter what mistakes he ever made he should always be on the side of justice because justice always prevails" He also thrives for attention at times when he sees an oppurtunity to make himself the center of attention. He is a strategist though and will be able to strategies a way around trouble. He loves playing mind games with others. He is a smart ignorant boy who doesn't like to admit that he is wrong and loves to correct people. He will laugh in your face if you make the tiniest mistake but gets angered if he makes the tiniest mistake and is corrected

Giant Dragon Enhancement -Danto transfers most of his mass to one of his hand/arms to make it giant although he loses mass in the rest of his body and his in a temporary chibi form while this form is activated.

Giant Dragon Legs- Giant Dragon Arms but with the legs

Gum Gum Gun- Danto shots his bent elbow at the opponent (Can be powered by Dragon Arms and Giant Dragon Arms)

Gum Gum Launch- Danto launches himself into the air with the aid of his feet(can be powered up by Dragon Legs and Giant Dragon Legs)

Gum Gum Falcon Tornado- Danto launches his arms to grab to objects stuck into the ground as he spins his legs and arms and lets go becoming a spinning top

Gum Gum AK Shot- Danto bends his fingers as he launches both hands back and shoots them(can be enhanced by dragon arms and giant dragon arms)

Gum Gum Storm- Danto uses a flurry of punches to hit the opponent(can be enhanced by Dragon Arms and Giant Dragon Arms)

Gum Gum Stamp Machine- Danto while in the air launches both feet at high speeds hitting the opponent many times(Can be enhanced by Dragon Legs and Giant Dragon Legs)

Gum Gum Rocket- Danto bends and places both fists on the ground he then hits the opponent in the jaw or face(can be enhanced by dragon arm and Giant Dragon Legs)

Gum Gum Pistol- Danto shots his hand at an incredible speed (can be enhanced)

Gum Gum Pistol Gatling- Shots multiple punches at high speeds(can be enhanced)

Gum Gum Machine- shots alot of pucnhes like a gatling gun at high speeds (can be enhanced)

to start with the history is very strange and doesnt work out.

then second gear and third gear is no go, think of your own moves they are cannon just dont copy luffy, come on put a more effort and creativity in your characters.

how the hell can he double his strength. the history is still a mess, and please add a writen appearence, the dragon arm would be a technique not a special ability, special ability would be something like good eyesight etc

hey much better, the only thing which I dont understand are the dragon attacks how does he suddenly get an increased strength and speed, how about he attacks at high speed which increases the impact of the punch or kick

More adrenaline is pumped from the pititary gland (from excitement of fight this is usually a last resort move)

the personality is still not enough, I cant imagine how he would be, also the dragon arms would be too strong, even with the training mentioned in history the double strenght is too much, lower it and use what I said in my previous post since that works better

added more to personality and changed draogn arms and dragon legs

i already said around 6 times that doubling is too much just say increased
