Appearance: Kcuhc is a 6 foot 3 man. He has dark tan skin that looks smooth to the touch. He has eye's that are ALWAYS covered by Thick black Goggles. Some say he doesn't even has eyes. Knuhc's body is very built, So built that to the point that he looks like an Ex-Marine (In our world). Despite his age, he has thick black hair that is in a basic slick back hair cut that he always seems to have kept, even after waking up from a nap. He has a very thick neck, about the size of a miniature tree's base. He has long arms that complement his long legs. He wears a black t-shirt with a long sleeve red jacket over it. The jackets made of a not penetrable (unless under very very strong force), bullet proof, fire resistance material. The Jacket also has a hood that has the same qualities connected to it. The hood has "TWS" on the right side of the hood. Kcuhc wears tight black pants made of the same material that the jacket is made out of. He has Sea stone imbedded boots and gloves that have Sea stone on the knuckles of them that he wears at all times. (He uses them to control his Devil Fruit Members so they don't get out of hand)
History: A Born Leader
Kcuhc lived his early life as an orpah. He was brutally beaten by his ophan keeper and his older orpah's. Kcuhc was put into the home when he was very young, to young to remember life before it. Kcuhc learned that people were cruel and unruly with out guidance and proper up brining. Surprisingly after being raised in that horrible orphanage for 2 years, he was adopted by an old man named Bruce. Bruce was an old and dying man, but loved people and helping people more then anything. He adopted Kcuhc because he truly saw goodness in his heart when he first saw him in the market place one time when Kcuhc ran away.
Kcuhc at the age of 15 was the leader of his very own gang he called "The Justice Seekers", Bruce implanted the seed of Leadership in Kcuhc's heart when he first adopted him by saying "You are bound for greatness..and are going to change the world.." Kcuhc felt that what Bruce said was true and started his own team of vigilantes. Bruce taught Kcuhc different forms of advanced hand to hand combat. Nothing very deadly, but they were some fancy grapples, throws, and joint dislocation techniques he taught him so he could defend him self.
Kcuhc had the strength of a normal grown man by the age of 20. He had good stamina, strength, and reflexes. With that he stopped crime on his Island for two life times. His crew then gave him the idea that they could do so much more. Kcuhc thought other wise.
The Departure of The Justice Seekers
Kcuhc's Island at the age of 22 was raided by a band of New World Pirates. Their entire crew was entirely to strong for Kcuhc's non Devil Fruit fighting force to handle. They were defeated in mere seconds. The last one standing was Kcuhc him self. He fought and fought until he literally collapsed from exhaustion. When he woke up, his entire town was leveled. Not a single building was standing. His team woke up hours later to see Kcuhc building a huge Ship. Kcuhc had the skills on how to build a sturdy ship, though it would take sometime. While they built the ship together, they all trained and rebuilt their Island. But not into something like a basic village.
The City of the Future?
At the age of 30. Kcuhc and his team, which had grown by 10,000 people had made a facility they like the call "Justice City" on the leveled Island that they lived on. They made buildings out of Molded Stone and Steel. They had a research Facility for science and development of new weapons. Kcuhc had doubled in size, height, and muscle wise. His strength had grown to the Peak of Superhuman Strength. But that was just because he lifted weights constantly to stay in shape. People also began to view Kchuc as a "Super Hero" he viewed him self as just a man who wanted peace. He knew how to lead people, and tell them what they wanted to hear. How to encourage people. He was a true Leader.
Kcuhc now has a facility of 20,000 men (The number increased after a huge recruitment). Who now protect the Grandline. They work for the World Government, but are even more secretive then the CP9. They are.."The World's Spirit".
Personality: Kcuhc is a very serious man. He never jokes about ANYTHING. Some say he doesn't even have a since of humor. Kcuhc's serious nature is in complementary to his great leadership skills. Kcuhc is view on all life being sacred is probably his biggest weakness. He makes decisions on what will keep people safe. Even if it means putting the lifes of a few soldiers in danger. Though he won't do it recklessly. Kcuhc is a very intelligent man. Aside from being the leader of TWS. He's also one of the smartest scientific minds on the force. He's said to have helped make the "Hyper Armory Marnine Mecha Extrodinary Recking Suit" or "The H.A.M.M.E.R Suit Project" along with the suit's pilot "James Scott Ludwig". He is a master at strategic maneuvers and making strategies
