History: No Name is a mysterious man. He has not been seen by anybody before the incident he has caused and that is what makes him a dangerous individual. The marines have no records of himself except from the incident he caused some time ago which earned him the bounty of 35,000,000 Beli and earned him enougn reputation to be called as one of the most dangerous rookie pirates of East Blue that ever existed because he managed to get the highest starting bounty at a sea with overally small bounties.
It all started at Gray Terminal. The life at the place was the usual. People used to search for things at the garbage and everything was peaceful. The nobles were living their lives inside the city and the others who were outcasts of the society were making a poor life at Gray Terminal. Despite that, though, they were still happy as they were still alive and managed to survive. For quite a while, nothing had happened to the area... Until one day, something unexpected happened. At the edge of Gray Terminal, where the outcasts were searching for a bunch of things which they could sell and receive some money, a man appeared. The man wore a half white - half blue mask on his face, a pirate captain's hat, the clothes of a lord and a black cape on his back. He also happened to wield a mace. From his appearance, the man was quite frightening. Those who saw him were surprised with him and some of them took a scared look on their faces, while some others simply started running away. It seemed that the man had a very strange aura around him that scared those who would see him.
Apparently, only around five people who would see him tried to attack him. They all moved towards him in order to strike him with their punches while some others took out guns and attempted to shoot him. However, before those who aimed at him shot at his direction, the man smashed those who rashed towards him to punch him with his mace. Then, he grabbed one of the people who had just smashed with his mace, who was still alive and he used him as a shield, defending himself from the shots of the two men who were shooting at him. The man he used as a shield was ultimately killed like the other two people he attacked with his mace and as soon as the other two people who were shooting at him had run out of bullets, the mysterious man prepared an attack towards them. He dropped the corpse of the human shield he had just used and he pointed towards the two enemies with his mace. Without speaking a single word, he launched a barrage of fire projectiles which were shaped like eggs, seemingly launching them from his mace. The two outcasts were completely burnt and they fell down, dead from the severe burns they had just received.
Seeing the scene, many of the people who were around and had not run away tried to make a run for their lives. However, as they were running the mysterious man commanded them to stop. Without a second thought, the men stopped and they looked at the man who seemed to want to speak to them. He wanted something from them... And he would not stop at anything in order to earn it. Without waiting, the man made it clear that if they did not want to share the fate of the 5 outcasts that had just attacked him, they would have to obey him and listen to what he would say. With no other option, all the men agreed... The same night, something spectacular happened. The outcasts of the Gray Terminal attacked the city and a great battle started at the place. During the battle, many of them looted many rich houses and they killed many nobles. The mysterious man commited many bad actions, murdering quite many marines who were trying to protect the place, as well as nobles who were trying to protect their fortunes. At the man's command, all the stuff that was looted was stocked inside a ship and the man was about to escape with the outcasts. However, before the outcasts could escape with the man, he took off the anchor of the ship and started getting away. The few men who managed to secretly get on the ship were murdered with no remorse and their corpses were thrown at the sea. The incident was the "Tragedy of Goa" and that was enough to earn to the guy who calls himself "No Name" the bounty of 35,000,000 he currently has, for murdering marines, nobles, for looting many things from the city of the nobles and for even killing his own goons. The marines could easily understand the danger that the man possessed and that was how he earned his current bounty.
Personality: No Name's personality is indicated by his epithet. He is a completely mysterious person whose motives are unknown to everybody. He has not clearly shown any goals and his actions are always shrouded in mystery. The reason of the incident he has caused on Gray Terminal has yet to be explained, but the authorities indicate that he caused the incident in order to draw the attention of the people at himself so that he could recruit powerful pirates to join him in his adventure. That means that he is a person who is in fact a mastermind who is working with a plan and who does not hesitate at anything to achieve his plans.
However, his personality towards others is like that of a noble. He treats himself as a person who is higher than everybody and he likes commanding people. He hates people who disobey him and it is easy for him to murder others, even if there is no reason to do so. He has a very evil personality and that is also indicated by the fact that most of the times he speaks, no matter what he speaks about, his voice is emotionless. Also, he can easily betray people and he views humans as ants. He does not hesitate to smash them at any time.

Devil Fruit: Tago Tago no Mi Type: Paramecia
Effect: Tago Tago no Mi is a Paramecia Type Devil Fruit that grants the user the ability to create eggs (as big as chicken eggs) out of any material he has touched the last 5 posts (Excluding the elements of darkness, water, sea-stone, air). The eggs can be used like projectiles to harm the enemies and damage them. Also, egg-shaped projectiles that are as strong as real eggs can be launched to the enemies without the user having to have physical contact with a material. Finally, the last ability of the egg fruit is that the user can create special eggs after touching living creatures. Just like with touching a regular material, the user is able to create an egg of that living creature. However, inside the egg there is the descendant of the creature which the user has touched which hatches out of the egg in two (2) threads (The one the egg was created and the second one being the thread it hatches). This ability can be used on humans, as well. As the egg is made with contact with one person only, the creature which is inside the egg is actually a form of clone of the person that has been touched. The ability to create an egg of a creature can only be used ONCE (1) time per thread.
