Weapon name: NIQ Drug
Description: A drug that is made from IQ.
Weapon special abilities: The NIQ drug (Neo-IQ Drug) is a pill that grants the user better intelligence and makes their body reach its perfect form. The intelligence the drug would provide would improve its consumer's strength to the point that his body would reach its most perfect physical form and his brain would become better. An animal consumer would receive the ability to speak and actually any people who can't speak. As the Drug is made from IQ, it consumes an IQ slot.
History: The drug was developped by Doctor Quincy, the doctor of the Dusk Pirates.

perfect always = no, how is this not just "IQ but I dont have to use slots and I can have all I want plus its better in every way"?

It clearly says that an IQ slot is consumed when somebody takes the drug at the end of special abilities. and when I say perfect, it just makes the user stronger without much training.
