Name: Chuiin Chuiin No Mi (Chuiin = Japanese Onomatopoeia for the sound of cutting into clothes. Hence, the clothes making fruit)
Capabilities: The user of the Chuiin Chuiin No Mi turns into a Clothing-Man. By touching inanimate objects, the user can form clothes out of them, and wear them on his person. While wearing the clothes, the user is immune to any side effects that the material the clothes are made of possesses, meaning that the weight of a metal armor won't affect him and he could still breathe in a liquid helmet, but is not immune to side effects from other sources of the same material. The type of clothing item a material can be turned into depends on the material's characteristics and amount. For example, rocks can't be turned to a cape, and a pebble can't be turned to a full armor. Anything from metal to fire, excluding seastone and seawater, can be turned into clothes, but the user has to physically touch the material in order to do so. If the user would try to create clothing out of a harmful material. he will still be damaged by it when touching it, since he isn't wearing it when he does so. For example, the user will receive minor burns before he'll manage to make a flaming armor. Clothing items include anything that can be worn on the user, including jewelry, shoes gloves and hats, but excluding any form of weapon that is seemingly worn, like hand-scythes or hidden blades.
