Appearance: Despite the fact that he's quite young, Xeon does not look like that. Apparently, the series of experiments he has conducted on himself have altered his appearance a lot and so he looks quite older than he really is. He looks like a man who is around 30 years old with a fully grown body. He is a tall individual who is measuring around 2 meters and he is very thin, even if his arms are muscular. His shoulders are not standing very high and he looks like he's not trained enough, even if he is physically strong. He has thin legs and long arms that almost reach his knees. It should be noted, though, that he is not a longarm as long arms have two joints on their arms. His body seems to be quite frail as it is very thin and looks small next to his abnormally long arms. However, even if people cannot see it, he has six-packs. Finally his legs are also trained just like his arms, but they look very thin, too. His skin color is pale blue, probably because of the experiments he has conducted on his own body.

As for his face, Xeon has a face that is never forgotten. He has a black goatee and very small eyes. Despite the fact that they are small, though, his vision is just like any other regular human's. His hair is messed and it is oftenly seen standing high, probably because of an explosion during a failed experiment. He has a long nose which contradicts with his small eyes. his eyes are covered with small sunglasses that barely fully hide his eyes. His chin is quite long. As for his ears, they are quite big and he wears an earring on his left eye which looks like an emerald. Finally, the most distinctive feature on Xeon's face is the tattoo he has on his forehead. He has an "X" shaped tattoo that probably refers to his name.

His clothing consists of a long sleeved blue buttoned shirt, dark blue pants and dark blue shoes. Above them he wears an opened scientist coat that almost reaches his feet. On his back, he wears a marine coat that indicates that he is a marine. As for his hands, he does not wear anything on them, revealing them. They are pale blue, just like his face and he has very long nails that are 2 inches long.

Finally, what completes his appearance is his strange ways of moving. The scientist usually places his arms behind his back. Also his body slightly bends downwards and whenever he is talking he is making several different gestures.

History: Xeon was born several years ago on a little island on North Blue. Since he was very young he developed a brain that was far beyond that of a regular human's. He was smarter than any other people he had met, not only at his age but also older people than him. While people could see on an object only a simple object, Xeon could see on it a thing he could work on and turn it into a powerful weapon. At the age of 12, Xeon had completed a powerful and devastating gun. However, the price of the weapon's creation was high. The rumor that a 12 year old kid was making weapons attracted a bunch of pirates who wanted to take him with them in order to create weapons for their own crews. Xeon, though, as he knew that the pirates could not afford him the funds as well as the equipment he needed to create weapons, did not accept to go with them and so he started moving from islands to islands in order to avoid getting caught by them. For around a year, the young boy was secretly traveling from island to island with various different transporting methods. From times to times he sneaked in pirate ships or in cruise ships... During those travels, the boy traveled around the whole North Blue and he came to learn a lot about the places of the sea, as well as the various different islands that were there.

However, some time after a year, when he was 13 years old, he was finally found by a bunch of pirates while hiding on their ship. The pirates had already heard of the boy and so they got him as their own slave. Instead of killing him they kept him to create weapons for them... And for around 3 years Xeon was traveling with them and worked with them, even if he did not want to. At the third year of their voyage, the crew finally got in the Grand Line. However, that was the fateful end of the crew that resulted in the freedom of Xeon. As soon as the crew got in the Grand Line, they found themselves stuck in a battle against marines. During the battle the crew used many of the weapons that Xeon created and put up a good battle but in the end they were finally defeated. After the battle ended and the pirates were captured, Xeon was about to be captured, too. When the marines asked who made the weapons and the pirates said that he did so, they offered him a chance for freedom. They told him that they would not take him in the jail but he would have to work for them. Seeing this as a great chance to get access to equipment that only the marines had so that he could create more weapons, Xeon immediately agreed and so he finally joined the marines.

During the rest 4 years, Xeon worked for the marines. He created many useful weapons which they could use, while also experimenting on himself to make himself stronger, resulting in a drastic change in his appearance. Because of his experiments he started looking less human and more like a dead person, with a strange body color and an oddly developed body. Also, his life as a pirate apparently had left him without a sense of honor and his behavior turned into that of a ruthless marine who was only working for himself and did not care for the others. Also, his ambitions changed and he started dreaming of creating new, more advanced things, including a weapon of mass destruction and an artificial Devil Fruit. He became a quite dangerous person. However, seeing that he was very valuable to the navy, the marines did not arrest him and instead they keep funding him so that he can create more weapons for them. He possesses the rank of Ensign and after receiving his promotion, he was sent to the unit of the Archangels in order to serve them as the person who would represent "Gluttony" because of his gluttonous personality over power, as well as because he used to eat anything he created without stopping, hoping that it would grant him perfection and would make him stronger.

Personality: Xeon is a mad scientist with the full meaning of the words. He puts his experiments above everything else and he regards no friends nor enemies when he makes an experiment. He believes himself to be the greatest mind in the world and he does not hesitate at anything, even to experiment on himself. That is the trust he has on his own creations and on his scientific achievements. Also, for a strange reason, Xeon likes treating humans as guinea pigs and likes taking them under custody to experiment on them. However, he will never, ever make a perfect experiment on others, thinking that he's the only one who deserves to have control over his scientific achievements. He has a sadistic personality over his guinea pigs and when he sees that his experiments work he will kill them. On the other side, though, he does not want to destroy his own experiments that's why he prefers over anything else to experiment on himself. Xeon has no sense of honor, as well. He will do anything to succeed in whatever he wants to succeed, especially during a battle. He can backstab others in order to win a battle and he is usually doing whatever he can, even if it is dirty as a trick in order to emerge victorious. Finally, Xeon's gluttony over power makes him a real maniac, especially with drinking strange liquids which according to himself shall grant him the greatest powers. Also, Xeon experiments on fruits a lot, believing that he will give them Devil abilities with the aid of science. As a result, he also eats whatever he makes. That is also what has made him the perfect person that represents Gluttony in the Archangels. He is eating many fruits he has worked on everyday, thinking that he will acquire the abilities of the Devil.
