Species: coelacanth man
Occupation: black/silver smith

Home Village/Ocean: west blue
Appearance: without his armor Nile stands with 5’ 8, with a slight hunch, he has brown skin with multiple white dots and a stark white belly. Covering his body and a red gash down his chest from a cut that never healed, His arms are usually black or red considering his last use of the furnace, and a few ceremonial tattoos coat his back. He has black in black eyes that give him a blank expression even though he’s filled with knowledge. His whiskers stretch like an extended mustache down to his hips. He usually wears a gray t-shirt with tan shorts. With his armor he appears much taller, standing at about 6’ 4 feet, he usually stands straight with much honor when it is worn. His coral armor is mostly black. The armor is bent into gloves, a chest plate, leggings and boots. During battle he usually hides his whiskers within his suit.
History: Nile was born in an underwater city in the west blue; it was filled with coelacanth men but empty of others. The coelacanths were very rough with outsiders and lived much longer than men, about twice as long. Those that have been too the village describes them as living fossils. Along with this they have a knack for fighting and are very friendly deep down. In the center if this village is a gigantic reef of a species of coral known as Diamond coral, for their reef can be mined and has the density (and the price) of diamonds. Nile spent most of his early years working at a furnace, smith out small tools and supplies from other metals and minerals. His child life was very hard at times, piling work and countless hours. Whenever he was with his family he always treasured it.
Personality: Nile is a bit of an old eccentric nut, and will usually jump into a situation with little to no clue what he’s doing. He also gives a hearty laugh on occasion, especially in a fight. He usually doesn’t care much for fighting but will accept even the smallest challenge, believing in an honor bound path. At other times, when he needs to be serious, he loses all traces of his jolly old self. (This is very rare.) He also has a large respect for the word captain, and respects the one who he deems this. Either way he is usually seen with a smile and it is known to his friend how serious he is when he wears a frown.
