Appearance: Al is a tall individual, reaching 2 meters while casually standing. He is slightly broad-shouldered, but can't be considered muscular. He is quite thin, weighting 80 kilograms which is quite low when compared to his height, but enough to make give him a reasonable frame. He has sharp facial features, with a relatively long nose and a pointy chin and ears. He has bright-brown hair that is neatly combed to match his gentleman's attire, and a pair of green eyes that turn bright purple when he uses his devil fruit powers, with a thin scar over his left one, a souvenir a wild boar left him in one of his hunting trips back in Savana Island.
As for clothing, Al likes to keep a formal appearance. He wears a white, sleeve-less vest over a long brown shirt, and a pair of black pants that are hung over his shoulders with a pair of black suspenders. On his head, he wears a tall black Gibus hat, the same hat that he received from his family when he was a kid. The Gibus hat is quite old and worn down, but still offers a unique look, adding more to Al's already impressive height. It is slightly tipped over, with the top hunching over and casting a faint shadow on Al's face. Al carries a golden pocket watch with him, a gift from his father. He keeps it in his shirt pocket. The engraving on the inside of the pocket watch reads "Make this world yours". As for jewelry, Al wears a single ring on his right index finger, which is his now meaningless engagement ring, and carries a monocle that he can wear on his left eye to enhance his vision, since he uses his left eye for aiming.
History: Alphonse was born to a simple daughter of a family of farmers in Savana island. His mother, caught the eye of a famous pirate captain known as Longbeard Clyde. Longbeard visited Savana island in one of his many raids, attempting to take control of it. He failed thanks to marine intervention, but before he left, he impregnated Bonnie Clyde, his new love, who gave birth to Alphonse nine months later. Thanks to Longbeard's love towards her, Bonnie didn't need to work for a single day her entire life. Longbeard kept sending her and Alphonse gifts and money. What Bonnie didn't know was that Longbeard was a womanizer, and had 3 more children from two other women across the Grand Line, each of them in a different island that Longbeard controlled. As a gift to Alphonse's birth, Longbeard sent Bonnie a Gibus for Alphonse to wear, which he stole in one of his latest raids.
Alphonse lived with Bonnie's family, helping out in the family farm and anticipating his father's gifts. They were always exciting and fancy, way more expensive than whatever his mother's family could afford. But, when he turned 10, Alphonse got a gift that he didn't expect to get. His father sent him a weird looking fruit. The note, that was written in his father's handwriting, said that he stole that fruit from one of the most expensive floating restaurants, which meant that it was one of the finest and most expensive fruits in existence. Alphonse didn't care, he proffered toys over fruit, but he ate the fruit anyway, so the gift would at least calm his stomach down.
That simple gift changed Alphonse's life forever. It was no ordinary fruit, it was a rare, one of a kind fruit that many marines and pirates would love to lay their hands on, known as the Noro Noro No Mi. Slowly but surely, Al discovered that the fruit made him special, it gave him powers. He first discovered his powers when he was about to drop a basket full of eggs on kitchen floor. Fearing his mother's reaction, Al screamed, and a pink beam was shot out of his mouth and hit the basket, making it almost freeze in midair. Bonnie chose not to reveal Al's new powers to Longbeard in her letters, so he won't be tempted to recruit Al to his crew and take her son away. Al stayed on the island, developing his abilities with each passing day.
Al continued his life until he was 20. He had his first crush on Savana island, and was about to marry his love and start a family of his own when rumors of his father's death arrived. Apparently, Longbeard was poisoned by an assassin, and died a day afterwards. With Longbeard's death, the truth about his love life was revealed, and Bonnie discovered Longbeard's other wives and children. The combination of both her husband's death and her husband's betrayal made Bonnie enter deep depression. To make things worse, Longbeard left nothing to Al and Bonnie in his will, giving all of his wealth and territory to his other children. Al was shocked to discover that the same man he used to adore for 20 years turned out to be a horrible person, who betrayed both him and his mother. From that day, Al's course of life changed.
Al decided to dedicate his life to one goal: Take his revenge at Longbeard, by taking the territories and wealth he inherited to his other children to himself. He broke up with his fiance, and started training himself to be a pirate, so he could leave Savana island and fight his brothers and sisters. He was more than capable to take most people on with his devil fruit powers, but he had to study navigation if he wanted to make it in the Grand Line. He also practiced in Marksmanship, adopting his grandfather's love for hunting and mastering it to perfection. He practiced shooting in Savana island's forest, with his family backing his decision up, wishing he'll avenge Bonnie's pain.
After 7 years of training, Al managed to take a ship from a crew of pirates that arrived at the island, and headed out to sea, starting his journey. Thanks to his father's fame, Al was pretty well known from the start thanks to the buzz that surrounded his father's death. His relative fame allowed him to obtain several contacts in the pirate world of the Grand Line. Thanks to a few alliances with questionable pirates and several robberies of both civilians and marines, combined with his devil fruit powers and his pirate heritage, Al got himself an impressive bounty. through his journey, Al managed to obtain the names of the two islands his father left to his children, all three of which were pirates as well, and prepared to travel to them in order to obtain them.
Soon enough, Al found himself in Krooka Island, a desert island who used to be a pirate sanctuary back in his father's days, but was now breaking down under the tyrannical control of his two older twin brothers: Jekyll and Hyde Garuda. After being driven into the wilderness by the forces of the Two-Faced pirates, under the control of the Garuda Brothers, Al ended up in the Oasis Tavern, the headquarters of every former pirate who was forced out of the main city and turned into a rebel. With a bit of persuasion, Al managed to gather the forces of the rebels and two of his future crew mates, Lance and Montgomery, and stormed the palace of Krooka Island a day later. Against Hyde' an alligator zoan user, Al found himself drowning in drawbacks as all of his attacks proved to be useless against the enemy, but with a bit of tactical thinking, Al managed to finally land a successful shot on Hyde, leading to his victory against all odds. After the battle, Al assumed control over Krooka Island, making the rebels of the island his allies, and Lance and Montgomery, along with Terry, a salvaged prisoner of the brothers, his crew mates.
Personality: After spending 17 years with his devil fruit, Al gained a new perspective on time. He is a calculated man, and can sit through hours of speeches without vocalizing a single thought. As opposed to that, he did inherit some short-fuse genes from his father, which usually erupt when someone is acting as a complete contrast to Al's ideologies. Al is mainly driven by his hatred to his deceased father. His father's betrayal left an emotional scar, making it difficult for Al to build trust. He has no forgiveness for people who don't follow their promises, and sees any form of betrayal as the ultimate crime. Al is a man of action, and will not hesitate to take a stand, but he is also a bright man who is capable of understanding that sometimes waiting is better. On his free time, Al usually likes to relax with a hot drink and a nice puzzle. When left alone, he usually gets lost in his own thoughts, who always go back to his ex-fiance which he still misses. Even though he still has feelings for her, Al decided not to do anything about it, knowing that the life he chose for himself won't fit her. Even though she married someone else in the years that passed since Al canceled their engagement, he still keeps a picture of her to stare blankly at when he thinks about her. Al can hold a grudge for ages. He can only be considered a nice and polite guy until you get on his bad side once. From there on, he'll become an enemy to be reckoned with, and returning back to his good side is never completely possible. After seeing the emotional damage his father's betrayal inflicted to his mother, Al gained a new respect to women. He is both gentle and polite whenever his around any female company, the perfect gentleman.
Ship: The Classic Slug: Formerly a small marine ship which Alphonse stole and made his own. It was painted in brown and black, to fit Al's color scheme. The marine flag and sails were taken down. The ship carries two simple cannons, and enough bed rooms to house 5 people. It's durable steel frame and relatively modern engine allows it to travel the Grand Line quite safely, although it lacks seastone coating.
Ship Flag: A cracked gold-illuminated skull with two bones crossed beneath it. The skull sports a tall tipped black Gibus hat, similar to Alphonse's. The skull's shading is colored purple to symbolize Alphonse's color scheme, and the backround is kept pitch black.

Devil Fruit: Noro Noro No MiType: Paramecia
Effect: The Noro Noro no Mi allows the user to emit "Noroma Photons", microscopic particles that have yet to be understood by scientists. They significantly slow down any object the user strikes down for thirty seconds. "Noro" means slowly or sluggishly.
Special Abilities: Marksmanship: Al is incredibly skilled when it comes to wielding different kinda of firearms, from simple pistols to large cannons. He prefers the use of his shotgun, which is perfect for medium range battles, but also possesses enough skill to snipe long range targets with other firearms. This skill is quite useful to Al when it comes to using his devil fruit powers for combat purposes.
Navigation Skills: Al knows basic navigation, enough to help him reach his destinations around the Grand Line and over see some of it's unpredictable weather by observing the clouds.
Devil Fruit Control: After spending 17 years with his special powers, the use of the Noro Noro No Mi turned into Al's second nature. He is capable of firing the Noroma beams from various areas and in various shapes and speeds, and can also manipulate the Noroma particles to serve other goals. Production of the Noroma particles is an easy task for Al, and he can do so in a blink of an eye.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Noro Noro Blast: Al will form a makeshift gun with either of his hands and shoot a cone of Noroma particles out of his index finger. The cone is relatively slow, making the attack more useful in closer ranges. If a target is hit by the cone, it will be slowed down for 30 seconds (2 posts).
Noro Noro Bullet: Al will form a makeshift gun with either of his hands and will focus Noroma particles in his index fingertip. Then, he will fire the Noroma particles in a focused bullet-shaped beam. The beam moves as fast as a bullet, making it useful in long ranges. Unlike the Noro Noro Blast, this technique only slows down parts of the target, leaving the rest of it's body in normal speed.
Noro Noro Barrier: Al will spread either of his hands in front of himself and will shoot out a wide cone of Noroma Particles, resembling a shield more than a beam. With this barrier, Al can slow down attacks that are aimed at him, making it easier to dodge them. Since Noroma particles don't affect air, all air-based attacks and shockwaves can't be slowed down with this move.
Noro Noro Super Blast: An improved version of the Noro Noro Blast that requires a short preparation time. Al will press both of his wrists togetehr and spread his fingers, creating a makeshift saucer. Then, he will shoot out a thick Noroma beam, wider and longer than the original technique. This is mainly used to slow down a mass of opponents or a large target such as a giant or a ship.
Noro Noro Specs: By forming direct eye contact with his target, Al can shoot a wave of Noroma particles out of his eyes and into his target's eyes. This will slow down the target's eyeballs, making their sense of sight almost useless.
Noro Noro Coat: By manipulating Noroma Particles, Al can cover his body, or parts of it, with a layer of Noroma Particles. Anything that touches the coat except air, will be slowed down. This makes a great defense since it effectively slows down incoming threats that penetrate Al's defenses, weakening the damage, or a great offense since Al's punches and kicks become enhanced with Noro Noro particles.
Noro Noro Flush: By focusing for a short while, Al can unleash an all around wave of Noroma Particles. This wave has a 10 meter diameter, and spreads to all directions, including up and down. Whatever is caught in the wave will be slowed down, foes and allies alike. This is usually used to deal with faster targets that Al has trouble following with his other beams.
Sluggish Slug: After catching a target with his Noroma particles, effectively slowing it down to a halt, Al can easily shoot it with his shotgun. The damage from the shots accumulates and take effect only after the Noroma particles dissolve.
Weapons/Items: A long decorated double-barreled shotgun, a golden pocket watch, a picture of his ex-fiance, a monocle and a ring.
Character Flaws: Al is almost incapable of telling a lie, since he feels it makes him as bad as his father. If he ever does tell a lie, it will haunt his conscience until he comes clean.
