Appearance: Morbius has grey hair and stands at 6'5. He has a very balanced build in that he isnt too muscly and he isnt too thin. His hair is also spiky.He also possesses blue eyes and his skin is tanned but not too much. He wears a straight black and white suit with rose tinted sunglasses along with black loafers and black tie. Morbius also has no facial markings or tatoos and can be said to be quite good looking. He also has a gold watch, but thats about it.
History:
Morbius was raised as along his brother Tamuri Todd. They both grew up together in Cipher Pol under their father who was an officer in Cipher Pol. Unlike his brother Morbius wasnt a instant talent, and he had no interest in becoming a cipher pol agent at first. However Mobrius at one point did admire his brother. He trained hard to become like his brother who was offered a place in CP9 at the age of 12. Morbius worked very hard developing techniques and growing deeper in power. At the age of 16 he joined CP9 and was officially allowed to go on missions. Morbius could never really reach his brothers difficult interior shell and his ability barely ever kept him on par with his elder brother. But Morbius worked very hard never the less. Eventually, his goal changed in life, especially after his brother left CP9 claiming all the people he was working with was weak. This enraged Morbius and he vowed to become even stronger than his brother and defeat him to finally shut him up.Morbius challenged his brother many times during that time and lost most of the time. Morbius then refused to contact his brother since he left CP9, instead focusing his rage and time to his career in the World Government as a top assasin. Morbius grew a reputation as a pirate killer, especially expertising in killing Pirate captains or whole pirate crews single handedly and beheading them. Morbius grew into the ranks at CP9 becoming a full fledged member and the ground operations leader.
He worked on many different types of missions and also developed his special own style of fighting. Morbius was recently given a top level assignment as a member of CP9 to take on in Alabasta.
In the assignment, Morbius was tasked to assemble the men to prepare to assasinate either Mashidi or Anubis should the advantage present himself. However, on the battlefield, Morbius met Todd and allowed his hatred and anger to consume him, as he attacked and aimed to maim his brother. Morbius was nearly defeated thorougly but managed to escape Todd. He also rescued Sister Maria of Cp9 and fleed Alabasta as Melvin Faust completed the alternative mission. After returning to Enies Lobby it was announced that Melvin Faust would be the new director of CP9 . Todd went to Melvin to ask that he keep his conduct in the war a secret from the higher ups. Melvin agreed due to the fact that he viewed Morbius as the strongest field agent and he needed to protect his assets. Morbius then conducted secret training in order to gain the skill of Te Awase. It was a skill for reading Douriki. He needed it to be used as a tool against todd should the chance to fight Todd crept up again. Morbius was also training his rokushiki adding very basic Geppou to his skill set. Claiming that he would not train in Tekkai because he had no intention to take punches.
Personality:
Morbius has a sort of love hate relationship with his family. Its true that he admired his brother for a long time. But all that went away when his brother refused to acknowledge his strength. It was replaced with hatred and only rage directed towards his brother. He now looks to upstage and become a better assassin than his brother ever was. He has no love for his father either who he always believed was weak for depending on Todd to take over his post. He believes that in order to reach the top, you need to depend on your own strength and no one elses and hence doesnt believe in team work most of the time. He will still abide by orders since orders are the most important thing in a World Government agents life. Morbius has a drinking problem as well, but this is more attributed to his style of fighting .

Is considered quite intelligent and skilled at gathering and collecting information and is well versed with the underground circles that exist in the grand line and new world.
Te Awase which is the art of measuring a persons douriki, it is a special skill for rokushiki users

Drunken madara = A more random strikes of shigan aimed at the enemy. They are not focused at any place in particular but they are also flexible.
Criss cross= A drunken run which dodges attacks based on instinct.
Rankyaku guillotine= Morbius twirls and stands on his hand , while chopping his leg towards the enemy trying to behead the enemy with rankyaku.
Rankyaku flame= He uses the alcohol and matches to set his rankyaku on fire when he launches it, upon impact , the rankyaku will explode causing a blazing inferno to befall its target.
Drunk geppou : A very random form of Geppou, using his hopping, he can jumping using his geppou burst at low angles to dodge attacks or projectiles.
