Appearance: Robert has long silky blond hair that reach to the half of his back. He has a small bold spot right in the middle of his head that he covers with a green hat, with a red feather sticking out of it. He wears a green coat with black buttons and a nerdy looking pocket on his chest. Over the coat he wears a brown hand made vest. There are 2 leather straps over his chest to hold up his arrows and his bow. Robert wears big black boot with a golden buckle.
He is 178 cm tall and weighs 79 kg. His body isn't very muscular.
History:
In a house located in a filthy back alley of Loguetown a boy was born. The boys name was Robert. When the boys mother gave birth to Robert she died but she lived long enough to name him. Conrad or Roberts dad was a master bowsman ussualy entertaining people and entering turnaments to get enough money for food and propper clothing. The boys father had allot of time on his hands so at a earlyage he decided to teach his boy archery. Robert was naturaly handy with bows so he mastered archery in 8 years. By the time he was 14 he could beat everyone in the turnament even his father. Robert and his father sailed around the world on a small boat. They meet alot of pirates some nice some tried to kill them but Robert liked pirates! The idea of being free and doing what ever you wish relaxed him. Robert and his father soon painted a flag with a skull and a bow with 1 arrow as crossbones. They sailed under that flag until one day. The northern wind was rageing and the clouds were blocking the sun. A medium sized marine ship sailed by them. Robert waved twoards them and in a split second. ''Bom!'' The sound of the cannons could be heard from miles away. About 20 cannon balls flew into their small boat. Conrad pushed Robert off the boat and threw him a barrel to hang on. Then the boys dad tied a long rope on his arrow and shot it at the ship. Conrad yelled '' good bye'' But robert didn't hear a thing because of the cannons. When Roberts dad reached the ship he started taking down marines so that his boy could escape. Robert drifted to the sunny docks of Orange Town.
A girl found Robert at the docks of Orange Town. She took a stick and started pokeing him in his cheek. Robert woke up and saw the girl. '' Are you stupid miss?'' The girl quickly replied with '' No! I just wanted to see if you're alive!'' Robert smiled. '' Could you help me up?'' The girl offered him her hand and pulled him up. ''Thanks... Whats your name aggain?'' The girl mumbled something that Robert couldn't possibly understand. ''What was that?'' Robert smiled aggain. ''My name is Mell Arkwright!'' The girl said kinda disappointed. '' Thats a lovely name Im Robert Hoodie great to meet you Mell!'' Mell and Robert became very good friends she showed him a tree house where he could sleep and live. Mell and Robert pulled alot of pranks together and soon a year past. Robert decided it was time to go try find his father even tho if he was probably dead or in Jail. Mell helped him raise enough money for buying his small boat and buy a new flag that was completely the same as the last one. Robert then took of and promised her that he will come back with his father.
Personality: Robert is very competitive and very energetic. He wont stop until he reaches the top or atleast the best he can. Sometimes he is green with envy but thats not very often. He trys to be happy for other people and very optimistic. Robert sometimes misses his dad but his thoughts of them being reunited aggain quickly but away those moments. He loves to be with friends and pull pranks at people. He doesn't pull mean pranks just little ones to make days better or go faster. Robert might get stubborn, hotheaded and cocky but he is still a fun guy to hang out with. We could say that he isn't very educate so sometimes he says some wierd stuff. He enjoys almost everything except cooking, cleaning and other chores.

Ship Flag: A black flag with a normal white skull. The crossbones are replaced with a bow and arrow. The skull is also wearing a robin hood hat.

Daily Drinker: While the person drinks whiskey his pain ressistance increases by 1x but his aminig is reduced by 1/2 (1 bottle = 2 posts)
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Aimed shot: A very acurate shot ussualy shot at vital organs.
Ranger spree: Shoots 3 arrows at a time. (explosive arrows, normal arrows)
Rangers trap: Quickly runs around the target shooting arrows from every side.
Rangers Assault: Jumps in the air and shoots 2 arrows at a time.
Hunters Net: Shoots 3 arrows that are connected with a net casting the net onto the opponent.
Hunters bang: Shoots a arrow with a fuse that explodes.
Hunters poison: Shoots a arrow with poison. (it takes 3 posts for the target to fall asleep. Poison wears off in 2 post unless the target is attacked . If attacked and the posion didnt wear off he is 1/2 slower.)
Weapons/Items: A normal wooden bow. A fire lighter.
Flaw:
whiskey withdrawal: When the person is suffering whiskey withdrawl he is 1/2 slower and 1x weaker then his regular state
