weapon special abilities: The black dragon spear has no special abilities except that due to it being made out of seastone and this black metal, it's extremely light and it disables devil fruit powers if you pierce or cut the devil fruit user, although it's only when it's actually inside him/her.
history: The black dragon spear was made by Luke's sister before she left to live with her fiance, she made it so Luke would have an awesome weapon to fight against pirates with. She worked hard for months until it was ready. Luke has it ever since then and really loves the spear.

Kind of confused how the seastone affects anyone. Where is the seastone exposed?

in the blade, if the blade pierces through the devil fruit users, his powers should be enabled as long as it stays there.
