Eli is six foot two and weighs one hundred and fifty two pounds. He has a semi muscular build, meaning he is toned and cut instead of huge. Eli has shaggy blonde hair and deep blue eyes. On missions he wears the black cipher pol jumpsuit but with a beanie instead of a hat. When undercover or in casual circumstances, Eli wears regular clothing like a tee shirt, hoodie, boots and jeans to make him look normal and unnoticeable. Eli also sports a CP7 tattoo on his upper right arm, a marine one on his left, and a CP9 one on the center of his chest.

History: Eli was born on the richer part of Water 7 in the Grand Line on January 14th. His father and mother both worked for the World Government there, his dad built ships and his mom was a Secretary for a World Noble. Even at a young age, however, Eli knew this was not what he wanted to do. He wanted to be in the World Government, don't get me wrong, be he wanted action. He wanted to be a marine or, even better, a spy. As he grew up, his family life was normal. His parents didn't get divorced, he went to school till he was fifteen, he had a girlfriend or two. At fifteen, however, Eli was fed up with school. He wanted to live life how he wanted. So, against his parents will, he enlisted in the marines. Eli was accepted and then was given training in marksmanship. After two months, he could choose to either become a recruit and join a ship, or take a specialized class. When he saw being a sniper was an option, dreams of being an assassin or spy as a child filled his brain. He decided to take it. He happened to be very good at it naturally at sniping, and was, when put on a ship, automatically promoted to seaman petty officer.
Eli was glad he had taken that course and got promoted up. On the ship he was sailing under, he saw a few kids he had trained with at military school who were still recruits washing decks. Eli saw little action however, he was mostly just backup if a higher ranking marine wasn't available. This all changed however, when he was assigned the rank of ensign at 17. He then fought in a lot more battles and was way more respected even though he was a mere child. Even though he was alright in combat, he wanted to be better. One day while stationed at Water 7, he met a man who said he trained Cipher Pol agents to control certain parts of their body to make them more powerful. After a bit of begging, the man agreed to teach him. Eli, after a skills test, was found to have a decent control over his stomach acid, which could be quite deadly. Eli happened to be stations at Water 7 for two years, so that's how long he trained. The man, as a favor, also threw in some rokushiki training and assassin skills. By time Eli was done he was twenty, and had a new goal, become a cipher pol agent.
Since the man that train Eli had connections, he submitted an application to the World Government for him with his skills on it. They graciously excepted someone with so much prior training, and put him into the assassin training program for only a month to brush his skills up. After this, he was immediately put into Cipher Pol 7, as his skills were very good. The first hit he got, he realized something; it was harder on him then he expected emotionally. He didn't expect this to be an issue, so he asked his mentor for advice. He mentor told him to try to dawn 2 personalities; one for assassinations and one for normal life. Eli did this exactly. His first few hits, the emotions seemed forced, but the farther he got, the more it became natural. He did hits for two years until he mastered another rokushiki and began learning another. Cipher Pol then decided to promote him to a 9 operative. This is where he is now.

Personality: As he is supposed to be one of the most deadly assassins in the world, Eli must keep a certain personality while doing his job. Eli must have no remorse, be able to kill in cold blood, and do what he needs then get out. This personality can really destroy someones mind, even drive them insane. To prevent this from happening, Eli practiced having another persona off of the battlefield. When he was with friends and what not, he acts happy, optimistic, makes funny jokes and is an abnormally happy person to level out his other personality, his assassin one. In his assassin personality, Eli only thinks with logic and uses assassin instinct and skills. Emotion is never at play on the feild, and he keeps his cool so he can finish missions with out mental problems. Eli is pretty good at balancing these, although there is usually about an hour that it takes for Eli to switch back from assassin mode. Eli likes to read when he is in normal mode. He also likes a nice meal and animals.

Rokushiki: One of the two things Eli practiced regularly was his rokushiki. His teacher, being a master in all of them, got him to learn four and on track to learn the other two.

Life Return: Stomach Acid: Through much, much training, Eli has been able to master a type of attack called life return. Life Return allows him to control certain parts of his body. In this case, Eli can control his stomach acid, and is able to spit acid at any enemy. It also helps speed up or slow down digesting anything he eats.


Sniper: Eli, as part of Cipher Pol training, was required to take a class on sniping. Eli was a natural sniper, however, and has very good aim with a sniper, and any kind of gun, for that matter.

Assassin/Spy Skills: Eli knows everything a proper assassin should, like how to blend in, where to hide in a room, has amazing sensory, knows how to incapacitate someone with his hands (think Vulcan death grip) and how to properly assassinate someone depending on surroundings. Eli can also switch from his assassination personality (cold, remorseless and deadly) to his optimistic, happy and energetic one.

I find him very young according to the amount of rokushiku learned ah well i think its ok for now, just tell me how the poison spitting works and reapproval is yours,

Well basically it works like this:
We all have stomach acid that our body uses to break down food right? This is created by the lining cells in our stomach. So I figured he could control how much is made and what the flow is, so he could spit it out
