Weapon Name: Burning Tempest
Description: The blade of the sword is dual edged and six feet long. It's a sliver color due to it being made from tungsten and other metals. The metal is very dense and durable, making it ideal as defensive sword. A six inch handle wrapped with a protective rubber like hand-grip. The overall design of the sword is a large European long sword. On the blade it's self, there is just one notch that is able to support all three different designs. One is for the electric dial, the second for the heat/flame dial, and the final for the ax dial. The blade is rather heavy and would take someone with a good amount of strength to lift, little lone wield it.
Weapon Special Abilities: The sword is durable, due to the metal combination it's made from. It can withstand, both impact and high heats without taking much damage. The blade also has three slots, one the fits an ax dial, the second that can fit a heat or flame dial, and the final that can fit a electrical dial. The dials obviously can't be used at the same time in combination with the sword so, interchanging dials takes little time. The sword is great for defense, but kind of impractical for close range offense; as the user has to press the button to release the stored energy.
History: The sword was made over 800 years prior to the beginning of the series. It was made to protect the texts that existed from the Blank Era. Working together, warriors from Skypiea along with warriors from the Steel Village protected what was left the history from the Blank Era. Many groups rose up to protect their history, from the new threat. However most of the said groups were easily crushed by the might of the World Government. Few groups like the Steel Village survived more than for the next 100 years. Only a handful of the groups survived the remaining 700 years. The groups only survived by going into hiding on unpopulated and or harsh environments. Thanks to the first 100 years of war after the blank era, many great weapons were made. The smaller the amount of surviving groups the less of the weapons survived.
This particular weapon was made by combing the Steel Village's resource of various metals and the Skypian groups dials. It took many years for the smiths to build the weapon. However before the sword could be used by the rebelling forces it was confiscated. Used against it's rightful wielders, it claimed the lives of many of the Steel Village and Skypians it was built to protect. After years of war the sword was eventually reclaimed by the Steel Village. However this was not before it destroyed the Skypian ground and nearly did the same to the Steel Village. In the remained years the sword was used to protect the Steel Village from outside attack. Soon the Steel was forced into hiding in order to survive.
In the 700 years since, the Steel Village has passed the blade onto the next village elder. The sword was only ever used in the most dire of situations as to not draw attention to it. Thanks to the Steel Village the sword was preserved and kept in their possession. This was until the village was ultimately destroyed around four years prior. After that the blade has been in possession of the one of the sole survivors of Steel Village indecent. By chance the man was also the likely choice for village elder after his father. The man was none other than Iken Namikaze. (Yes I shamelessly reused the history)
