This is basically an organization that sets up tournments. The winner recieves some sort of reward. No killing is allowed. It is illegal. No members of the navy can fight. There are at the moment four different match styles. First, Submission, last on standing wins. Two, First Blood, first one to get his and/or bleed(even if they hurt themselves) loses. Third, Team Submission, same as above but with teams. Fourth, boss battles, single matches against high ranking members of The Tournament of Outlaws. These are submission matches.

Appearance: Small and skinny. Her skin is only slightly tanned. Face is innocent and playful. She is always smiling. It takes a great amount of emotional stress to wipe the smile off her face. Senya has a white lightning bolt tattooed on both of her forearms above the wrist.
Clothes: Senya wears a faded blue sports bra with a lighter blue trim. She wears sleeves of the same color that cover her upper arms, her biceps, with the same lighter blue trim. These sleeves have a 2 red strings tied to them that hang down to her wrists when her arms are limp. She also wears blue jeans rolled up above her knees, held by a red cloth clasp. These have pockets sewed on with a lighter blue material. 2 small pouches are attached to the belt loop on her left side. She wears a light brown bandana in her hair with a white lightning bolt on it. She also wears a necklace with a sapphire lightning bolt. Bandages are wrapped around the ends of her left pinky and ring finger, and around her right hand and wrist. She also had a bandage on her left ankle. She wears padded leather shoes.

History: Longest history I’ve ever written

In a nutshell senya had rich parents who didn’t pay attention to her, she started sneaking around and stealing for fun. Got caught stealing from another wealthy man, so her parents put her under house arrest. She ran away and started living as a thief.
Stole snitch and snatch from a noble house, the Nainen family.


Senya was born into a fairly rich family, and became used to having things done for her. However she resented this and wanted to challenge herself. Her parents were both merchants and spend much of their time away from home, so she was left in the care of her older brother, Gen. Gen didn’t care much for his younger sister and spent most of his free time causing trouble with his friends in town. Senya got bored because the other girls her age didn’t like the fact that she was rich.
Senya started to sneak around town for entertainment, and enjoyed find her way into private or “authorized personnel only” places such as houses or restaurant kitchens. After a while she decided to prove that she could fend for herself and took items of necessity from these places, such as food, blankets, small amounts of money, and other random objects. If the objects were valuable she often returned them later, but if they were trivial or perishable, like silverware or food, she would keep them. She acquired a small stash of treasure after a few months of this, and decided to test her skills even more.
Senya snuck into the house of one of the merchants that did business with her parents. She then proceeded to steal a few important documents recording dealings with her family, along with a few foreign coins. As she was leaving she had a sudden craving for pastry. She could smell a pie in the kitchen and could not resist going in to snatch a slice. Senya snuck around the chef that was busy with another dish and grabbed a slice of the pie from the dish. However the instant her hand touched the pie an angry man burst into the kitchen shouting “Gram! Have you seen my papers! I can’t find-” Senya was in full view from the doorway, and had a backpack with her stolen contraband in it. a few papers were sticking out the top, and the man instantly realized what was happening. He bellowed at the girl “What do you think your doing! I’ll have you arrested!” as he started towards her. Senya dashed out the back door of the kitchen and headed for the forest beyond the estate. However the grown man was faster then her and caught her before she was half way there. As she struggled to get free the man recognized her face and said “Wait you the daughter of urgg-”. Senya had just delivered him a quick knee in the crotch and he double over and assumed the fetal position on the ground. Senya dashed for the trees before anyone else noticed the commotion, but the man had already identified the thief.
By the time Senya had gotten home her parents had already herd about her daring fiasco and put her under house arrest, even going as far as to hire her a baby sitter. Senya was 14 at the time, and resented her parents for the next 3 months as she whiled away the hours in her house.
Eventually she got fed up with a life of seclusion and formulated a plan to run away from home. She threw a chair out of her bedroom window and hid under her bed. When her baby sitter heard the commotion she came running into the room. Seeing the window broken she assumed Senya had climbed out of the window and ran outside. Senya then stole through the house and exited on the opposite side of the house, running through the family garden and into the woods. She then hiked into town and stowed away on a ship leaving the island.
Senya used her skills as a thief to survive. She cut her hair and wore simple clothing. However, after being caught the first time she decided she needed a weapon. Senya started out using a small kitchen knife, and eventually deemed 2 better then one and stole another. However one day, while sneaking around, she spotted 2 beautiful knives being presented to a young noble lady. Senya vowed to steal the knives, and made plans for the next day.
She infiltrated the Nainen estate the next morning, following the gardeners to the gardening shack. She hid in the shack behind a few bags of fertilizer until nightfall. She then exited the shack and found and open window on the second floor. After waiting for the patrol to pass, she climbed a storm drain and in through the window. Luckily it was a vacant bedroom. Senya left and walked down the hall to the stairs. As she started down the stairs they let off an ear splitting creek. Senya decided the stars were too risky and walked back along the hall. She found a small elevator used for food and other maid supplies, and used it to lower herself into an area between the kitchen and laundry. Senya then exited into the dining hall and out into the entrance saloon. She found the knives on display in the sitting room next to the salon, and quickly palmed them. She then retraced her steps, and climbed down the storm drain after letting the patrol pass. Since she couldn’t exit the estate without being seen, she had to wait again for the gardeners the next morning. It was the longest night of her life.
The next morning she heard the alarm just as the gardeners were entering the property. She ran past the bewildered gardeners and sprinted away from the mansion at top speed. Only faint shouts could be heard over the rush of wind, and they died out as she made it into town. Luckily since Senya wore her hair short, the reports claimed a small boy with blond hair has stolen the knives, and she got away scot-free.
Senya named the knives Snitch and Snatch and attached elastic strings to their ring pommels. She has been using the knives to fight ever since.


Personality: Very energetic and playful. She is almost always happy and smiling. She seems to simply enjoy being alive. Senya loves the challenge of being a thief, but surprisingly doesn’t like money very much. When she steals she will often return the money except for the amount she needs. She does, however like to steal little unimportant trinkets such as figurines or toys. She will attempt to steal anything that catches her eye.
Hobbies: Thieving, stealing, pick pocketing, lock picking.
Habits: Twirling knives in fingers. Throwing knives and pulling them back with elastic string. Ruffling hair.

Ship: none, stows away on merchant ships to travel, or steals a small ship.

Ship Flag: Personal insignia is a white lightning bolt.

Special Abilities: Very quick hands, flexible, exceptional reflexes, pick-pocketing, moving silently, lock picking

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Flash = hand Lightning = daggers Beam = foot
Flash Palm: Senya uses her extremely quick hands to take and loosely held item from an opponent, or simply pick up any loose item. Hands are too fast to be followed by normal human eyes.

Flash Pick: Senya reaches into the pockets of a target and takes their possessions, this is extremely fast.

Flash Grab: Senya grabs and object, usually a weapon without an edge, so fast that the owner doesn’t realize it at first. If she is lucky she can take the weapon, if not she can at least change its course.

Lightning Bolt: Senya throws her dagger at an enemy, hoping to stab them. The dagger can be pulled back using the elastic string.

Lightning Strike: Senya strikes at the enemie’s heart with one of her daggers in the normal grip. This strike is fairly powerful and can pass through leather and other padded material.

Lightning Fangs: Senya stabs downward at her opponents head or shoulders with both daggers in the reverse grip. The strike is powerful but easily avoided. Usually used in air.

Forked Lightning: Senya stabs with both of her daggers together at the stomach, but she separates them at the last second, Snatch to the right, and Snitch to the left. This means that of someone only dodged a little to the side, they would be hit.

Ball Lightning: Senya holds bother of her daggers by their elastic strings and spins them around her body. They cause small cuts if they hit an opponent, but are still painful and cause blood loss.

Twin Lightning: Senya holds both her daggers in the reverse grip to her right or left, and swings them towards her opponent, hoping to stab or cut with bother daggers, if she misses she spins around for another strike. She can make up to 6 spins before getting dizzy, each time getting faster.

Lightning Storm: Senya rapidly stabs at each of her opponents major organs, including the brain. If hit directly, the enemy will probably need medical attention. The strikes are extremely fast, but are not exceptionally powerful and while they will puncture skin, they probably wouldn’t pass through leather armor.

Beam Kick: Senya kicks from the side at an enemy’s head or ribs.

Beam Stomp: Senya brings her knee to her chest, and stomps the enemy’s stomach with the bottom of her foot.

Beam Shot: Senya kicks forward with toe pointed, aiming for her enemy’s groin or stomach.

Beam Heel: Senya kicks backward with her heel, used when enemy is behind or beside her.

Beam Stab: Like beam stomp but with a pointed toe.

Beam Vice: Senya kicks with both feet from different directions. Can only be used in air.

Weapons/Items:
Snitch and Snatch (Still Need Approval)
A pair of knives. Snitch has white diamond embedded in the cross guard, while snatch has a black diamond. Snitch’s blade is silvery while snatch’s is obsidian colored. They both have leather wrapped hilts, and rings a little larger then a finger attached to the pommel. Tied to these rings are two long elastic strings that are attached to the users wrists. Snitch is used in the left hand and snatch is used in the right. The blades look like normal daggers except for the diamonds and rings. When thrown, they travel about 7 meters before being pulled back to the user. Since the elastic slows them down, they are fastest at about 5 meters away.

Goals: To steal One Piece, not because she wants to be the pirate king but just because she wants to steal it.

Okay. You can choose to fight any of my pirates as they are already contestants, we can see if someone else wants to fight, or you can fight the boss, but then you would be fighting him twice. Pick one but preferably not the last.
