Black mark

A gun that does not deal damage but gives the target a disease called "Black Mark"

Black Mark is a disease that will make the target weaker and weaker and if not given any medicine they will die in (ammount of time).
The medicine for the Black Mark is easy to get though.

For the Ammount of time I am not sure how much. But in days I was thinking 7 days until death.
How much would you put it in post/threads time?
