History: When her best friend died from a disease that the doctors said could not be cured Vivian got determined to find a cure and become the best doctor in the world so she would be able to save others from the disease. (same disease that Yorki from Brook's crew died from)
She studied to become a doctor for a long time after her friend died.
She ran away from home at the age of 17 and stole a small fishing boat and took off. After that she worked as a doctor in a small town and earned enough money to buy a small ship. (current: Lilly) She is now looking for a crew to join, mostly because of the family bond they have and also to help people out. The reason for her 10.000 berri bounty is because she usually beat up low class marines for flirting with her.
The reason that she knows Rokushiki the six powers is because some of the special marines visited her town and taught her how to do it. (only the basics, she trained after they left)

Personality: Vivian hates when people look at her body or flirt with her because of it, she wants people to accept her for her skills and not her looks. Vivian is very kind and will not leave a sick person behind if she can help him/her. Vivian is weak when it comes to sweets and she can be tricked into doing something stupid easily. Vivian dislikes when people ignore her medical advice and might even hit them.

Devil Fruit: Vision fruit (Can "summon" some sort of eye that no one can see up to 10 miles away. She can only see to listen)

Special Abilities: Rokushiki the six powers. CP9 uses them aswell. But she only knows how to do: Rankyaku, Tekkai and Soru.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25:) 3 Rokushiki powers. She does not use her gun that much but she does have one "ability" with her gun called: "Black Mark" It is a bullet that gives the target a disease. (no damage on hit) The disease makes the target turn more and more black until death, the place the bullet hits leaves a little black mark that slowly becomes larger. It is easily curable. The time it takes to die without medicine is 7 days. After the fifth day the target gets weak and tired.

Weapons/Items:
A normal gun with special made bullets that Vivian makes herself.
Medical Kit.

Goals: Wants to become the best doctor in the world

The allegiance doesn't mean crew (though crew can also be listed there). It means pirate, marine or such.

Also, if the character does not look exactly like that, then note the differences in the appearance description.

Your reason for learning rokushiki doesn't work, because marines don't work like that. Especially considering that only the higher ranks of marines seem to have the powers anyway, and they are certainly not inclined to just... show up and teach people martial arts. Especially a martial art like rokushiki.

Also, if you intend to have rokushiki, you probably intend to have super strength and such, especially since that is pretty much a requirement for having rokushiki. Those special qualities require listing, and they also need to be adequately described so the sheet can be used to glean what kind of physical capabilities the character has.

Is it okay if i change it to a former marine that taught her the abilities or would it be better if she studied them herself?`

The "power thing" goes in special abilities.

And both of those rokushiki explanations are still pretty thin...

if you dont own the picture dont use it, if it dosent fit the character exactly double dont use it, if both those things apply as they do; write a description instead
