Muka Muka No Mi

Name in Japanese (translation): Muka Muka No Mi (sick sick fruit)

Capabilities: The user has the ability to create harmful virus, baterica, and other dieases in their body. The user can can manipulate his body to host dangerous microorganisms in his body without surccumbing to the effects. Naturally to user is immune to all dieases. The user could spread something simple like the common cold or as dangerous as the black plaque to his enemies. The weakness of the fruit is that all the diease cannot be made up and has to be a real life condition, so the user can't make up his own dieases from the top of his head. This also limits the user to how much medical knowledge he knows(though this could be bypassed if he was a doctor). The diease must have a cure(no godmodding with dieases that will kill your opponent). The diease can only be passed on how it naturally spreads so you can't pass love sickness or give any random person sickle cell, since they have very specific was of contamination(love sickness is restricted to the queen of kuja women and sickle cell is hereditary). Also the opponent has recieved immunity shots for that diease or is already immune by it the user can't give it to them again, so if you already had chicken pox the user can't give it to you again.
